Kyle and the fine people of Vanishing Inc. are here to help. They make everything easy. Their website is very simple to navigate. Their products are well organized by type and easily searched either by name or by the magician behind them.
The staff of Vanishing Inc. are easy to talk to and very forthcoming if you should need that little bit of extra help.

I want to give praise to the Vanishing Inc. team. My last order had a couple of issues. I want to thank Vanishing Inc. for how they responded to this. I was magically scammed by them!

I needed a couple of strings to use for a film, so with the hard deadline date on mind, I bought them almost 2 months in advance. But for some reason, after more than a month I had not received my order so I emailed them worried, then, after a few chats, they finally sent it to me with faster shipping. Then, the date was coming and my order had not arrived, so I emailed again and they told me that they had mistakenly sent my order with standard shipping, so it most likely would not arrive. So I rushed and bought the same again from a local retailer and expectedly, my Vanishing Inc order didn't made it in time. But fortunately I had warned myself.

Then, the week after my shooting, I received the order, disappointed I opened the box and to my surprise I found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OF WHAT I ORDERED. In its place were two books about magic. They charged me more than 90usd for two silly 100-page magic books that I never ordered.

I immediately asked for the money back and after several emails they agreed, but in their system I had to upload images of the packaged product for its return and of course, I did not have such a product and the return never proceeded.

Until now, more than 3 months after the purchase, I have not received the refund and they no longer answer my emails.

Well, I asume they read this and someone pushed the refund my way and apologized. Thanks, I guess...

I always heard how great Vanishing Inc's customer service was, but this is the first time I had an issue with an order. The exchange process was quick, clear and exceeded all expectations. This company stands behind its products, has great leadership and empowers it's employees to take care of the customer.

Tried their free shipping to Montreal Canada and was really impressed. Received my package only 7 days after being shipped. I also signed up for email notifications from their shipping provider and received updates all the way until it was delivered to my place this morning. Free shipping with tracking updates? 7 days to Montreal? Also they have no problem shipping Flash Paper across the border...Pretty happy. I will definitely be back.👍

This company responded quickly to an email when I ordered the wrong product and needed to cancel. Then sent me a confirmation email ( at my request ) fir cancelation and new order. They are excellent to deal with ! Will order again

Vanishing Inc. is always prompt and helpful with their orders. I had a great experience working with Jim K. I was having a problem completing my order applying a gift card and store credit at the same time. Jim responded with a great solution and I was able to place my order within a few minutes of chatting with him. I was blown away by how fast he was able to help out and resolve my problem. First rate service!

Have been shopping with Vanishing Inc for a number of years. Customer service has always been fantastic. In the rare occasion there is an issue with a product, like today, they are incredibly quick to remedy the issue.

I live in Australia but I go out of my way to order things from VI. Shipping is faster than ordering things locally. The two occasions (out of about 100) that there was something mixed up with my order it was rectified for no extra money out of my pocket, both times with hand written apologies and a thank you, and they even threw in something extra.

Their support staff answer all sorts of questions (historical product information, recommendations, shipment information) not only quickly but thoroughly.

I couldn't recommend them higher

I recently had a issue with an app (Cognito) that I purchased a while ago. I contacted support and Jim responded within minutes and with more thorough information than I got from Murphy's.
