I've been a customer with VI for over a decade, and what keeps me coming back is not only the excellent range of products that they offer, but also the thoughtful and attentive service. I've had a small issue or misunderstanding or two over the years (almost always an error on my end) and they have always been able to get things sorted out quickly. Considering that the team are recovering from the recent catastrophic warehouse fire, they are continuing their long tradition of providing an

I once ordered a playing cards deck and never got it. I contacted them and was told that the issue was from the delivery courier and yet was refunded.

The wizards at VanishingInc have done it again. I sent in a request for some help with some difficulties I was having, asking how products could meet my requirements. The wizards replied quickly with lots of very helpful information. Thanks!
