I only really deal with one or two magic companies for one specific reason. Fast Efficient Service, great products and delivering a great customer experience. Vanishing Inc surpass all of these. One of thee best.

I placed an email to Vanishing Inc on a Sunday, with a query about a link to an instructional video that wasn't working. I wasn't expecting a reply at least until the Monday but the team were there, ready to answer my call and came straight back with the video required, within minutes. Super fast!

I can’t say enough good things about Vanishing Inc.. From start to finish, their service has been outstanding. They genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to help, even with the smallest details.

 I would like to take a moment to share my recent experience with Vanishing Inc., which turned what could have been a stressful situation into a truly positive one, thanks to their remarkable customer service.

Recently, I mistakenly placed an order amounting to $700. Upon realizing the error, I quickly attempted to cancel it, hoping it had not yet shipped. Unfortunately, I was informed that the order was already on its way to Hamburg, NY. Admittedly, I felt quite apprehensive about whether Vanishing Inc. would allow me to return the items due to my oversight.

However, my concerns were alleviated when I reached out to Jim from Vanishing Inc. He was not only pleasant but also exhibited a high level of professionalism. Jim reassured me that all I needed to do was refuse the delivery upon its arrival, and the shipping company would return the items. He further informed me that after the return, my account would be promptly refunded. This was a significant relief for me.

On the day of delivery, I took proactive measures by placing a large sign on my door, instructing the delivery person to ring the bell so I could speak with him. Despite my efforts, I was unaware when the delivery occurred, and upon checking outside, I found the two large boxes waiting for me. At that point, a wave of anxiety washed over me as I thought about the potential costs involved in returning the items.

Fortunately, when I contacted Jim again, he once more provided outstanding support. He promptly sent me prepaid postage that I simply printed and used to return the packages. The process was straightforward, and all I had to do was drop the items off at the shipping firm. I was genuinely impressed by the cooperation and assistance I received from both Jim and the entire Vanishing Inc. team.

This experience served as a reminder of the importance of quality customer service. I initially felt foolish for doubting the company's return policy, yet my interactions reinforced my belief in their commitment to customer satisfaction. In today’s world, it is refreshing to encounter individuals who genuinely care about their customers.

In closing, I wish to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Jim and everyone at Vanishing Inc. for their exceptional support throughout this ordeal. I wholeheartedly recommend Vanishing Inc. to others and will certainly refer them whenever the opportunity arises.

I submitted a large order for over 50 bricks of playing cards. When my order arrived, there was a pretty large discrepancy as only approximately 60% of the cards were shipped. I contacted customer service and was treated with respect and dignity. The individual I was speaking with was polite, understanding, and most of all accommodating. After a bit of research, Vanishing did the right thing and is sending me the remainder of my order. No further questions asked! I highly recommend Vanishing for all of your magic needs.
