Vanilla in All Seasons catered our Wedding last Saturday and helped us to have as near to a perfect day as we could have hoped for. Adam was knowledgeable, professional and thorough from our first meeting almost a year ago and his staff on the day were exactly the same. We were able to sample the food at their restaurant facility which was so well managed that we knew that the wedding day would be in safe hands. They not only produced fantastic food but helped to manage the timings around the Wedding breakfast. Without realising it, having such a well run team manage the catering is worth every penny. Thanks Adma and Team.

From the first initial conversation with the team at our venue viewing right up until our wedding breakfast the staff and communication couldn't have been any better.

We were able to discuss in detail what we were looking for for our meal and were even able to make adjustments to the evening food to essentially create a whole new option which they offer now!

The food was absolutely outstanding and all the guests loved every mouthful, several wanted to take some home but there wasn't a morsel to be had.

Max, Lucy and the whole team at Vanilla in all Seasons have been INCREDIBLE! They listened to all of our ideas and created a bespoke canapé and wedding breakfast for us, were attentive and communicative throughout planning our wedding. Everyone commented on how amazing the food was throughout the day, and the gyros we had left over made for a great hangover cure the day of the wedding! Thank you so so much!

Max and the team at our wedding at Owen House wedding barn were exceptional. Max has been so attentive from start to finish, planning the catering was super easy and every request was catered for. So many guests have said it was the best roast dinner they have had and they even did a yorkshire pudding tower for us!

The whole team at Vanilla were absolutely incredible, so friendly and approachable and the food was unbelievable. The team at Vanilla helped make our wedding an amazing day and we are so incredibly grateful.

The food at our wedding was incredible. I had so many guests come over and say how much they loved it, particularly our starter (oriental beef noodle salad).

Right from the get go the team at Vanilla in all Seasons were so helpful. We had a couple of ideas for what we wanted but went through the consultation with a completely open mind and together we had some solid options and 2 different menus to try at our tasting.

The tasting was so well thought out. We obviously got to enjoy the food (I was excited from this day onwards for our wedding breakfast). After we enjoyed everything we sat down with the team to settle on the best options for us and how we would like it to look on the day.

The payment schedule was set out from day one so it was a breeze to get everything sorted on that side. They reached out directly with regards to the final meeting to confirm numbers and the details of the day. This part was really helpful to feel like everything was under control and would be fine on the day (thanks Max!)

Finally we get to the big day and I cannot thank the whole team enough. It ran so seamlessly. The food was, of course, amazing and it was exactly how we remembered it from the tasting.

Vanilla catered for our wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn on 20.08.23. We can't recommend them enough - the food and service were amazing and everyone commented it was some of the best wedding food they'd had. They were even able to cater for our (many) special dietary requests.
From the start they were easy to contact and answered all of our queries promptly. The food tasting was fantastic and even our last minute changes to the menu weren't an issue!

We commissioned Vanilla in Allseasons to provide drinks and canapés for our wedding in April and they surpassed all our expectations. These were potentially the best wedding canapés we’ve ever had!
The planning process was simple and Adam/Lawrence and the team made sure that the timings were organised well.
Lucy and Iryna really looked after our guests so well on the day, made up special plates of food for us so we didn’t miss out and genuinely cared about us on our wedding day. Tim did a fantastic job with the delicious food which our guests absolutely loved.

My wife and I booked Vanilla In All Seasons for our wedding last month, and we are so glad we did. The food was absolutely exceptional, as was the service and all other interactions with the staff. We had a fully vegan menu, which was no issue at all for Vanilla In All Seasons - they worked with us to design a bespoke menu, and the feedback from our (largely non-vegan!) guests was that it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. We highly recommend Vanilla In All Seasons!

We were so impressed with Vanilla from start to finish. They recently catered our first ever awards ceremony and they couldn't have been better to work with.

Great communication up to and throughout the event, staff were top class and the food was delicious.

As anyone organising big events will know, there's a lot going on, Vanilla really take the pressure off and allow you to focus your attention elsewhere or enjoy yourself!

We had vanilla for our wedding catering and wow they where amazing!

It was 35oc and all of them worked so hard through the heat and the food was to die for couldn’t fault them.

Vanilla catered our wedding for us and were incredible! They worked with us to create our perfect menu and were really accommodating to make changes (even up to the last minute!) They took all tweaks on board after the tasting as well and the food on the day was incredible, even on a hot summer's day! Our friends and family are real foodies, so we wanted to impress them and the feedback we got from guests was amazing. From the canapes through to the desserts, our guests enjoyed it all (even those with dietary requirements!) A few of our guests work in hospitality and they gave great feedback too, which means a lot.

But not only are Vanilla excellent at preparing the food, the service is also second to none. The expertise of Adam and the team made the day run so smoothly, so we didn't need to worry about a thing. The Vanilla staff served the food expertly and even introduced themselves by name so we felt very well taken care of.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as a caterer for any event! I only wish I could try the food again (wedding nerves meant I wasn't so hungry on the day, but now I'm craving it!)

Adam , Max , Iryna and the team were incredible. The food was out of this world and with their help and recommendations our wedding guests said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding.

They are perfectionists and will work with you until the menu it exactly right.

We booked Vanilla in all seasons for our wedding. From the first enquiry through to tastings, planning the day and then carrying out the catering went so smoothly and they were very professional and informative.

On the day of our wedding a few days ago we could not have wished for anything better. The staff and food were amazing, in fact, many of our guests said it was the best food that they have had in a long time!

My Wife and I used VanillainAllSeasons for our recent wedding at Manchester Art Gallery.

The venue was spectacular and the catering from Vanilla measured up absolutely perfectly!

From start to finish the entire process was fantastic. Simon, the Company Director came to our home and sat down and discussed menu options with us, we then went to Vanilla's restaurant to sample our choices to narrow down what we wanted our menu to be. All of this happened pre-pandemic, then the 2020 lockdown hit and we had to postpone our wedding date 4 times, this was due to our original venue who stopped doing weddings and only moved the deadline for us to reschedule by a few months each time, before finally stopping altogether.
But throughout the entire ordeal Adam and his team at Vanilla were incredibly accomodating, understanding and willing to help in anyway they could, allowing us to move our booking with them from our first date all the way through to our 5th and final date with a venue change.

On the day itself, Max and the entire team were an absolute credit to the company, helping to ensure our entire day ran without a hitch, we got to thank the serving staff in person but unfortunately didn't get to thank the chefs due to a pushy photographer, so please extend our thanks to the chefs!

The food. THE FOOD. It was absolutely phenomenal, our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was all day and even days after are still talking about it. From the canapés to the evening food everything was amazingly presented, delicious and in abundance. The mini steak pie and Guinness shot canapés were an absolute winner! We had several guests with various dietary requirements, all of which were catered for and no one with an alternative felt like they had missed out or were and after thought in any way.

Both myself and my wife are big foodies so the catering was really important to us on our big day and Vanilla definitely delivered.
