Shocking excuse of a company. Mistakenly submitted an online quote - should have realised I had stupidly done this last year - and got some absolutely shocking prices back. Within seconds, my work phone was ringing it was VanCompare. I politely explained I wouldn't be entertaining their ridiculous quotes, and to be fair to the polite girl on the phone, she accepted that and wished me a nice day. Then the fun started - they have been calling me constantly for the last 3 days. Luckily, I work in Telecomms and we are actually a reseller who can report spam numbers direct to our supplier - this has now been done and reported as abuse. Avoid them and certainly don't submit a quote - you won't get a bit of peace after it, even when you say no.

our dealings were with their associated partner vancomparedirect.com have been appalling - they do not answer the phone, They hassle you to renew. They give you the hard sell. There website says you can cancel via the portal - you can't!

if you even vaguely consider using them, try contacting their claims line as a trial and see what response you get!

Once again this company are taking advantage. Trying to charge me £432.97 to remove a named driver from the policy. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with them. Last year they charged me a small fortune to cancel my policy on another vehicle. What happened to the days of a £30 fee for making changes to a policy. Crooks through and through! I’m such an idiot for going with them again. Makes me sick. People are struggling enough as it is!

Currently on hold for the 9th time today having not spoken to anyone. Please can someone call me?

Sounded nice at first !! Didn’t tell me until the end of the conversation there was a brokers fee !! Found them bit pushy and very expensive !! Will never use again !!
