TOP-NOTCH-SUPPLIER.
Good-quality items are easy to find online, with stock availability clearly shown, competitive prices, and fast delivery including very cheap freight.
In comparison, traditional plumbing retailers may have unclear pricing or limited stock, often requiring customers to visit several stores to find the right parts. Customers without an account may also pay premium prices and be asked unnecessary questions, such as what the item is for or where they are located. etc." At Bunnings, plumbing parts can be difficult to locate and may be out of stock at the store customers visit.

The delivery was a bit of a hassle
The delivery was a bit of a hassle, as we live on a property and can not be waiting to sign at the gate / letterbox as we live 3 klms from the gate . Had to drive to 2 different warehouses trying to find it after ringing several times as well . They said as it needed to be signed for .. a bit of a pain in the butt as we have had delivery from you guys before without any dramas prior. But not this time .. Thankyou anyway and sorry for the windge.
