Hey Mark, we understand how frustrating the mix-up with your order has been. To get your product to you as quickly as possible, we arranged for you to collect it directly from our supplier in Melbourne, only for your original order to also arrive by Australia Post. As discussed, the size you bought was not suitable for your job. So we’re happy for both orders to be returned for a refund, and we can get the right product to you. Please send them back to us to finalise things.
Thanks for the feedback, it helps us improve. If there’s anything else we can do in the meantime, please contact us directly and we’ll be glad to assist. Thanks, Valve Warehouse Australia
