Incredible service from Value Vehicles. Buying a car is always a nervous experience for me but the support and customer service from these guys has been exceptional. I bought the car but unfortunate within a couple of days I had a problem. They did not hesitate to collect and rectify the problem and returned the vehicle. Unfortunately, the problem had not gone completely so they agreed for a local garage to diagnose and then repair covering the cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Value Vehicles in Tiptree to anyone. Thank you for everything. I wish all car sales placed are like you, they could learn a thing or two!

Purchased a ford transit connect from Ethan and Dan. Both were very helpful and easy to deal with. I was given a great price for my part x and was very pleased with my purchase. I identified a fault with the van within the warranty period. I liased with Ethan, sending videos of the fault and it was arranged by them to repair the vehicle.
