VALIS Group Inc. dba VALIS International Anmeldelser

David is very informative and detailed oriented. I live in an area where we have two addresses. A 911 address and a PO Box. David helped me navigate the complexity of dealing with that. He is very patient and answers every question, no matter how many you ask. He is friendly and cheerful to work with. Despite my personal difficulties with my address, David's walk through was of the process was easy to follow and understand. He helped me keep my expectations real. David has been very responsive to my messages and appointments. I found He made what could have been a very overwhelming experience great and knowledgeable. Thank you David and team.

Great experience setting up a new US based C-Corp. Walked me through filling out the proper forms and getting my Mercury account approved. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience working with David and the team at VALIS. The entire process was incredibly seamless and much faster than I expected. They formed my company the day after I placed my order, and I received my EIN in just 20 days.If you are a non US resident thinking about opening a US company, I would highly recommend VALIS. They are efficient, professional, and clearly know exactly what they are doing.

This company claims to have been operating since 1997 and to have helped thousands of people open LLCs in the United States.

However, when checking Trustpilot, I only found one review — and it is a very negative one. This seems quite surprising for a company with such a long history and supposedly large client base.

Before engaging with them, I strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence, asking for verifiable references, and carefully checking all legal and financial details.

Transparency and reputation matter, especially when dealing with international company formation services.

I'm still waiting to meet someone from this company. They did not show up on their online meeting, though there were at least two additional reminders sent to me, through email and what's up and I confirmed again. I don't know what happened to them, could be something serious, but they should just send a message that they are not able to be present. This is not the way to get a new client. Nevertheless, maybe it was better that they did not show up. It would be much worse if I had started cooperation with them, from a remote country and have communication problems.
