Outstanding customer service! VADO were extremely helpful and sent us a replacement thermostatic valve for a shower installed by the previous owners of our house at no cost (which unfortunately didn't fit) and then another (which fitted perfectly).

The team at Vado have been excellent! Ross has dealt with my dilemma from start to finish during which I could not of asked for any more. Ross demonstrated “to me” that customer good service still exists to the highest of standards, his understanding and delivery of what was needed was spot on and nothing was any trouble, he is a credit to Vado and could not recommend any higher. Bought a new build home full of Vado stuff, now 10 years down the line the shower has stopped working. Vado offered no help, said the shower now is discontinued and offered no alternative other than to rip out our en-suite, tiling and roof apart to change to a new shower! Don’t go for this company, too fancy for their own good, will defo go for a normal shower next time.

Update after contacting them as asked to from below reply to be told again, the same thing, that there is nothing they can do because the shower is discontinued, not even advice on what my options are to have a new system put in…. NOTHING! I am still left with having to rip my toilet and ceiling apart to get a working shower. I repeat don’t go with this company or these pointless showers that you cannot easily fix or change

Ross and Kate from Vado Customer Support were brilliant. Vado products have an exceptional quality. If ever I have a query or issue the customer service is patient, knowledgeable and help me every time. This time I replaced a shower head with a Nebula one and they helped me work out what my product was and what I could use. Just what you need when you don’t know where to start. I can’t thank them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vado.

Friendly and very helpful in helping me find the correct parts. I had a leaking shower that was installed around 13 years ago. The range of cartridges for bathroom fittings is large and confusing, and after ordering the wrong one I contacted Vado support with photos of the old cartridge to ask if they could identify which was the correct one. They responded quickly with the correct part number and a list of stockists where it could be sourced.

I’m a plumber working with Vado products at the moment and the tiny screws for SKU:
CAM-140-SBR are a nightmare, very poor design and the hexagonal shape of the screw head gets destroyed because the inside thread is too narrow and once you apply too much force it breaks and the whole set is ruined because of a tiny piece of. 110£ per item and we already have 14 with this specific problem that we are obliged to throw in the trash.

The aftersales dept was exceptional. Telephoned requesting possible spare apart under guarantee.
Lucy quickly accessed the correct form and arranged for new cartridges arrive the next day. ( Which they did.)

Holly was very polite and helpful. Fitting the part was a little difficult doing it for the first time.

We had an excellent experience with Vado. Knowing that most of their products come with a 15-year warranty already gave us confidence in the quality of the brand.

We recently experienced an issue with our shower handle leaking, and identifying the correct replacement part proved to be quite challenging. From the moment we contacted Vado’s aftercare team, the service was outstanding. Steve, the Aftercare Manager, personally took the time to call us, carefully listened to the issue, and fully understood the problem before taking action.

Steve went above and beyond to identify the exact part needed and arranged for it to be delivered to us the very next day. What truly set the experience apart was his continued support — he followed up with us, provided reassurance, and stayed involved until the issue was completely resolved and everything was working perfectly.

It is rare these days to receive such attentive and genuine customer service. We were extremely impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and commitment shown throughout the entire process.

The thermostat cartridge in our shower wasn't working properly. Vado sent a replacement the next day - such brilliant service, no quibbles just immediate response.

Lucy in the product support team was so helpful, she listened to my concern, empathised with the problem and came up with a solution! Acted promptly and i have a new part for my shower coming out with next day delivery, how can i not rate 5 stars, exceeded my expectations.
