Avoid. Bought the Outdoor Smart Door Lock T22 (two of them). Arrived with absolutely no instructions whatsoever. When I emailed the company, the instructions and advice provided were of no help. I ultimately spent an inordinate amount of time installing them and programming them via trial and error with nothing more than google AI mode as a guide. I was told by a locksmith that I would have been far better off buying Yale smart locks instead.
i ordered heavy duty drawer runners from this company through amazon. amazon dont do the delivery for them they get another company called AIT home delivery PANTHER logistic experts i took time of work waiting for this item to come i ordered on the 26/07/2025 it took them all weekend and monday and tuesday to say it wont be delivered shocking service from amazon and the courier company i managed to cancel the order and reordered them guess who is delivering them we will see if i get them tomorrow wed 29/07/2025
Ordered the parts and they came next day. Slightly frustrated as the runners didn’t come with screws, however they do state that on the website so my own fault (wrongly assumed). I have noticed since ordering that the contact details are foreign despite being a .uk web address, probably wouldn’t have ordered if I seen that sooner but as above, bits came quick and seems decent enough.
Very pleased that I saw the only other review on this company. Thanks. I was about to order and thought I'd just check Trust Pilot. As the other reviewer correctly observed. No Company registered in UK at Co House and zero contact details on the website. Website looks good, products look good but suspect no come back if things go wrong.
Buyers Beware. This business has no contact details and is probably a fake website operated from China. Its not registered with companies house. They can potentially steal your card information and buyer will have no recourse.
I has asked them for information, if they come back and give information, I will delete this review.
