I never thought of repairing my Dyson myself but after I took the vacuum head apart to see what was wrong with it, I thought I'd give it a shot. The parts diagrams on the website were very helpful in ordering the right part. The price was right and the part arrived quickly. Once I unboxed it, it took about two minutes to remove the old head and install the new one. I would have liked to seen the part packed a little better but it arrived in perfect condition.

I had ordered a few items over a month ago and i got 1 item quick and good quality. However i have received several emails telling me the vacuum bags had been shipped only i still have not received them. So i can not in good conscience give more than 1 star a the vacuum bags should be the easier item to get as they are available at wallmart these days. I would just rather get them from a reputable dealer if that were possible. Thank you,David Eggen

I just needed one replacement part for my older Dyson. It was easy to find online at this shop. The order process was easy and the price was good. I received it promptly. I would recommend this site.

If I could have, I would have check no stars. I have been trying to get a return code from you for two weeks. No one has returned my calls.
The part I need to return is the wrong size. You have my information, so please give me the code you say I have to have in order to make this sale right.

con: was charged immediately but the part was not shipped until over a month after I ordered it after I finally asked for my money back

SLOOOOOOW shipping, no communication that it was shipped until I contacted customer support, took 2 plus weeks. Expensive shipping for a bag? Yeah...

I have this old vacuum cleaner that belonged to my mom. It is excellent for stairs and cleaning my car, etc. I had a hard time finding bags until I found them here. I am so happy!

I tried to call multiple times but cannot connect to a person. It took 2 1/2 to ship the part with no prior communication. No one responded to my emails either. The only good thing was that you had the part and it eventually came.

The price of what I ordered was great but it did not show up in the time I was guaranteed. I applied for a refund when I did not receive part but was told I have to return part to get
My refund. Problem was I left the country to return home the day after it was delivered.
