We ordered an oak herringbone block hand sample from V4 for one of our clients. The sample arrived promptly, well packaged, and even came with a pack of Love Hearts sweets!

Excellent showroom, great range
Very impressive, gallery-style showroom with a great luxe wood flooring range. Useful to have adjustable light settings as well to view the products in your preferred lighting. Great customer service from Jon. Worth a visit.

Emailed V4 several times with questions to do with underfloor heating we had installed under their flooring, and cleaning and maintenance. Replies were very prompt, thorough and informative. Our floors looks amazing! Their Customer Service is superb!

Outstanding Service at V4 Wood Flooring
WE had been looking for flooring for a number of months and came across Jon Avenell at V4 Wood Flooring, Jon is a great person, very customer focus and, not once did he try to force us into making a rushed decision. We went there couple of times and corresponded via email and phone calls many a times. Finally when we went there for the final time we spent many hours, he was very patient, accommodating and guiding us, we left feeling really well looked after and achieved our goal of getting the right flooring.
We bought our flooring from V4 wood flooring via one of their recommended suppliers and Jon had been instrumental in our decision making process, A BIG THANK to JON, an excellent customer focused individual.

Excellent experience at V4 Wood Flooring
Really great personal service from the team at V4 Wood Flooring. We are exploring getting engineered wood flooring for our new flat in London and staff were really knowledgable and answered all our questions and took the time to explain different options and the after care each type of floor will require. The showroom is amazing and very easy to get to from Woking station as we travelled up from London.

A fantastic showroom…
The showroom has the most amazing selection of wooden flooring in a wonderfully modern industrial style building. Richard was very helpful talking with such knowledge on the range of products available. I especially loved the coffee and homemade cake while I soaked up all the information as well!! For those wanting a real look at what their floor could look like, then a visit here is a must before purchasing. Thanks! Jenny

Brilliant experience
I visited the V4 showroom looking for flooring for our lounge area. I cannot fault anything about the experience from the attentive staff, the modern showroom, the speedy delivery and the quality of the product itself. I'm so pleased that we used V4.
