We do apologize, however it appears your item has been lost in transit. Per our posted policy, a claim needs to filed with USPS when they lose a Customer’s package.

Depending upon your financial institution it can take 5 - 7 days to see your credit. Please contact me if you have not received your credit. I'm sorry you are unhappy with our prices. It's true, Amazon may be able to afford to sell their dresses cheaper than we can because they’re a big box chain company. We are a small boutique with overhead. If boutiques sold their items for the same price chain stores sold for, we would all go out of business. Amazon can afford to earn $1.50 or $0.75 off each sale and still make a profit. A small shop can not afford that and stay in business.
Despite your feelings about our boutique prices, I hope you were provided with good service. That’s what we are being judged on here, and that is our aim. Have a wonderful week! ☺️

I love all the tie selection and I love…
I love all the tie selection and I love the sets with the cuff links. The prices are very reasonable this is why I order from here and don’t go into the stores. My only wish is that I could get the merchandise sooner than 3 weeks for the tie sets. My dad wears suits all the time and he like to mix it up so having to wait so long is a little disappointing but other than that everything has been good so far. I can’t wait to receive the ties that I ordered.

Beautiful set
I loved the coral tie set that I got for my husband. It came with a bow tie and lapel pins. My husband liked the set too. He liked how long the tie was and that it came with all this extra goodies. I will be purchasing another set soon.

I found something that I was looking…
I found something that I was looking for in this site. The purchase was easy enough. I was notified that they are out of stock for my specific item. They offered to refund or give me %50 off if I wait and see if they can fulfill the purchase order. At the end they couldn't reorder the item for me so they refunded all the money I paid plus a $25 gift certificate toward my next purchase. I liked the prompt responses to my inquiries and how they handled the issue that we had (I blame COVID). I recommend Uylee's Boutique. They go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had very high hopes for my purchase just to be let down. I received the wrong tie set than what I ordered, which was fine I recognize mistakes happen. However, when I reached out to them about my issue they never got back to me. Very disappointed to say the least. Extremely disappointed in their customer service, or the lack there of I should say. It also did take a while for my package to arrive. Will not be purchasing from this boutique again. That’s interesting because I emailed the email that was given with my order that was on the paper and it said Uylee would respond and fix the issue personally. and no response within “48 hours” nor at all. So check again because you are incorrect. My package didn’t arrive within 5 days either. Perhaps there was a mistake of a sort with the post offices. Although, I do live only an hour from your boutique so it took so long for? Again, I never blamed your company for my package delay. Of which was not my main issue nor concern. As I stated above I said “perhaps there was a mistake of a sort with the post office.” I did email your company. There’s a screenshot of it on my profile picture and I wish I could actually upload the picture. Considering you want to sit here going back and fourth with me. Even if you “didn’t receive an email” which is non factual, there NEVER should have been a mistake in the first place. Which there was. How hard is it to send me what I payed for? I’d appreciate if you’d stop arguing with me and accept my personal experience.

I’m sorry you were disappointed. However, I would like to state that this is the very first time we have ever heard from you. We have no emails from you in any of our Customer mailboxes. We reply to all Customers within 48-hours.
Regarding the time it took to receive your package; you purchased your item on April 15th, and the tracking number states it arrived in your mailbox on April 20th.

This is extremely fast for our tie sets. We always tell Customers that these require three weeks to arrive. To receive it in just five days is amazing!
We have no control over the post office. However on our end, your package was shipped weeks earlier than promised. And according to the above tracking number, USPS placed it in your mailbox five days later. That is not a fault on our company. That is between yourself and your carrier. We over fulfilled our obligation. And we never received an email from you.
