Blatant scam, VPN didn't work and you can't easily uninstall it from your desktop. Basically malware

Scammers, you can't cancel the subscription. And the servers don't work

I signed up to the monthly subscription, but only used the desktop app once. I missed my cancellation window by 1 day and got charged $11.99 for the next month.

When I reached out to customer service explaining the issue and requesting a refund, they refused the refund quoting their Ts&Cs - you are only able to get a refund within 7 days of the first payment for the monthly subscription.

I'm only $12 out of pocket, but were I on an annual subscription the loss would have been much higher.

This is super dodgy, you shouldn't hold customers hostage because they're not interested in your service.

My advice is - avoid this VPN

Long story short: got refund for most of money that was took accidentally, yet a lot troubles was caused and auto-subscription-pay is a pain.

(So I was user for some time, later there were no need for vpn so i "unsubscribted". And at the start of next month they took 17 Euro from my card in 10 min with 14 payments... it wasnt blocked since each pay was like 1.2 Euro.
Typed to "support". Still no refund, 24 hours later. And now I see, they took another payment. They change my subscriotion on their own...

P.S.: Avarage time for response 3 hours, even when they suck my money from card with 14 payments in 10 min. Or when you make 1 day subscription, etc.)

Oliver! This all was possible because of Oliver. Mate, you made it possible for a dummy like me to learn how to use this thing. uVPN is cool software but without Oliver, it clearly needs some improvements for easier usage. I recommend it regardless. Much obliged.

The service works great and I love how all the different countries and features are displayed and broken down visually. Very accessible and intuitive.

Customer service was initially responsive and reasonably timely considering cost paid.
Some of their color scheme choices and terminology could use improvement for user end clarification, but their surprisingly excellent customer service more than makes up for that.

Plenty of paid plan durations as well. However, a pause subscription option rather than having to cancel and reactivate your shorter subscription plans would make this the best VPN app/extention I've ever used. If the prices stay competitive I won't be going anywhere else.

Excellent service. The access speed is very fast. Top notch customer support. However, I did not need further use. The subscription was canceled without any problems. The money was returned. I recommend it to everyone both on an ongoing basis and for testing.
