Andy helped a friends business secure excellent rates a while back and I was put in touch with to see if he could help. He managed to find me a fixed deal for 4 years and also helped me sort out my household energy through a switching site they have. Sceptical at first especially around this time but the service was great.

Having taken out a contract with Corona and then needing to change my status from business to domestic I found Corona to be unbelievably unhelpful. Without the diligence of The Energy Check who took over the whole thing and sorted it for me I would still be fighting my case now ..... it did take a long time but that was owing to the ‘Corona’ Virus lock down and the stubbornness of Corona Energy ..... my thanks wholeheartedly go to Hazel Mair who constantly rang me to let me know how things were progressing through what was just as much a difficult time for her as it was for me ...... she reinstated my faith in The Energy Check ..... however I would not under any circumstances recommend anyone who wants to keep their sanity go with Corona Energy .....

2nd time I’ve used the site. There quite new as comparison sites go, but, what I really like is that not only do they save me plenty of £££, they also donate to fuel poverty charities to help those in need.

I've had an awful experience, "Dreadful organisation to deal with." No respect , they don't know how to behave and lie and twist things , make out they going get manger but they forgot to mute mic, when the lady was laughin and sayin she not going get manger. called me all sort of names with the staff. laughin and abousing customers. and take sides with each other .don't help .
Lie in complaints just because you complain . No integrity , slander tenants , only believe the staff and speak for colleagues .complaints biased and ineffective .
Bad attitudes .they don't know what customer service is

I am a director of a semi-pro non league football club. We first used The Energy Check in 2017 when they were able to find us significant savings to the cost of our utilities and have recently renewed our utility agreements through them with some further savings. We have a designated partnership manager called Andrew with whom we enjoy an excellent relationship and who understands our needs. We have even tempted him to come and watch some of our games!

I would like to say what a pleasure it was to deal with Kaye & Jake Lancaster, from the moment Kaye rang she was very professional and polite and extremely helpful, she explained everything fully and then passed me on to Jake who in turn was very helpful and polite, they both made the process very easy to do and have also saved the company money, I would highly recommend both of them.
