Crystal was so helpful
Crystal was so helpful! Being able to whatsapp her work phone with meter readings, questions and issues is the best thing ever. Having to go through such long-winded process' in order to speak to a human at these companies is so debilitating, so having Crystal on hand through whatsapp with really helpful advice and patience was life changing!

Joel was patient and understanding. He took the time to fully explain where he was calling from and what standard processes take place when a new tenancy has started. He did find me the best deal and helped me understand which numbers really mattered when considering energy usage. I did check all of this out while on a call and he was correct and therefore trustworthy.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
This company have harassed and badgered my business partner into apparently signing a verbal contract which she was completely unaware of. I also didn't know about this and didn't sign or consent to anything.
Trying to rectify it is proving difficult given that they don't answer the phone and are impossible to get in touch with. Not only that but they've tricked my business partner into paying gas - we don't even have gas at the property. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement.
