Votre adresse de livraison étant située en Suisse, les expéditions vers cette destination sont assurées uniquement par un nombre limité de nos entrepôts européens pour des raisons logistiques et réglementaires. Bien que nous disposions de plusieurs entrepôts en Europe, l'unique entrepôt habilité à traiter les expéditions vers la Suisse ne disposait malheureusement plus du modèle concerné au moment du traitement de votre commande.
Afin d'éviter l'annulation immédiate de votre commande, nous vous avons proposé une mise à niveau gratuite vers un modèle plus grand, plus lourd et d'une valeur supérieure de plus de 200 €. Nous avons uniquement demandé la prise en charge du supplément de transport facturé par le transporteur en raison des dimensions et du poids plus importants. Cette proposition était entièrement facultative, et nous respectons pleinement votre décision de la refuser.
Concernant notre délai de réponse, celui-ci était dû au fait que nous cherchions activement une alternative avec notre transporteur et notre équipe logistique après votre refus de la solution proposée. Nous reconnaissons que nous aurions dû mieux communiquer pendant cette période et vous présentons nos excuses.
Nous tenons également à préciser que votre commande a été intégralement remboursée. Aucun frais n'a été retenu et un remboursement à 100 % a été effectué.

POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered my first 100cm doll and asked for green eyes. They gave her brown eyes. I ordered a second different 110cm doll that cost 70 dollars more than the first one with blue eyes and they sent me the same exact doll as the first one and again with brown eyes not blue. I sent them pics to prove they were the same. I asked for the blue and green eyes to be sent they countered with blue eyes and green glasses and an extra wig.. I asked for different head and got no reply. I asked for the 70 dollars back and again no reply. This company is deceitful and a ripoff! They don't care what you ordered or what YOU want they just want to get your money. They don't give quality products or quality customer service. Typical China company. I recommend you go to ALL YOUR DOLLS and work Ken who will bend over backwards to get you the best quality and customer service. I have worked with him before. He is TOP NOTCH. STAY AWAY FROM US SEX TOY AT ALL COSTS.

To clarify, before your latest message, we had already confirmed the resolution: a USD 70 refund, along with the shipment of blue and green eyes and additional wigs. At the same time, we were coordinating with our factory to explore a suitable replacement head option, which required additional time for confirmation and is why our reply was delayed.
We can confirm that the USD 70 refund has already been processed, and the remaining solution—including replacement eyes, wigs, and optional head styles—is fully prepared and awaiting your confirmation so we can proceed exactly as requested.
We have also reached out several times but have not yet received a response. We remain fully committed to resolving this matter and kindly ask you to respond when convenient so we can arrange shipment without further delay.

They made up for it…
I have sent 2 emails trying to get an update on my order, because when I checked out it didn’t give me an option to make an account, but in order to track the delivery, you have to login to your account. I created my account, but order is nowhere to be found. No response or assistance from anyone. Starting to think they are a scam.
Update: The support team finally reached out to me and gave me actual tracking numbers that the original email didn’t supply. They also offered compensation for my frustrations. I am keeping it at 4 stars only because I feel it took the 1-star review for them to respond to me. Once they did respond, they were awesome. The main part of the shipment arrived and is as advertised. I enjoy it.

Non so, ma io all'inizio non riuscivo più a trovare il link in internet, poi improvvisamente è ritornato. Stranamente non riesco a rintracciare il pacco di spedizione e quindi non so che fine abbia fatto. Spero che qualcosa ne venga fuori da tutto questo perché non vorrei aver perso circa €600.... per ora aspetterò ancora qualche giorno e se non ci saranno buone novità, dovrò prendere drastiche decisioni.

Grazie per il tuo ordine. Ho esaminato le informazioni e ho visto che il tuo ordine è stato effettuato il 21 febbraio. Il pacco è stato spedito lo stesso giorno ed è stato consegnato il 24 febbraio. Inoltre, ti abbiamo inviato un'email il 21 con il numero di tracciamento, ma sembra che tu non l'abbia ricevuta per qualche motivo (ti invitiamo a controllare la cartella spam/junk).
Garantiamo la spedizione entro 24 ore e la consegna entro 1-4 giorni lavorativi. Se hai qualche preoccupazione, non esitare a contattarci.

Great Service & Very Satifisfying Order
I've read some reviews about this company being a scam or the delivery takes ages. I'll be honest and thought the same at first, but they are a legit business, and delivery took up to one week with no problems. The Customer Service was great, and replied to all my emails, along with reassurances that I would receive my order.
The order itself (without going into too much detail) is fantastic, and everything I imagined it to be. You have one very "satisfied" customer here.
