I easily found their number and was connected to an agent call Sana. Sana was very very helpful and the process was very smooth and quick. My sister booked for international flight through this agency for herself, her husband and 3 kids, but after more than a month of following up, still they did not have a etickets. So until now, they are still fighting to get more than £3000 from their credit card company for a refund. This agency is a scam!! Beware using this agency!!
