Bait and switch tactics, Deceiving, and not trust worthy
Bait and switch tactics. refused to refund after they switched what they offered. They also tried to trick me into giving them money becasue "google only lets you run ads if you have more reviews" wich is not true. google makes it easy to spend money thats how they make their money. they also forced me to use the money they refuced to refund into buying reviews. and not only did they not all 20 reviews they forced me to buy, they also deleted the onces they left after they ruined the trust they had with me. Also they changed the company email on my websites domain without my permission. when i asked them nicely to just fix the email not receiving emails problem they refuced. either because they dont know how to fix it or because they are being lazy. its fixable but they dont want to do it. AGAIN THEY CHANGED MY COMPANYS EMAIL ON MY SITE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
2 updates: i wasnt going to mention it but since they nave now ruined my site here it is. they threatened to leave 500 negative reviews in response to the well deserved review i left. i could say more but ill leave at that. and 2, obviously they ruined my site. not a problem as im well capable of building something better than the poorly uptimized site they built. just a warning, as professional as mark, and marys customer skills are. you should proseed with caustion as they do not fix their mistakes and when you leave a bad review they destroy whatever it was you paid for.
