Incredible Customer Service and Product
USB Company is a timely and quality company that I have used multiple times to order branded office sticks. Our logo is a bit tricky, but they found a way to make the finished product a piece we are proud to have around. Would highly recommend.

Efficient turnaround!
I got in touch with Usb company on a Monday afternoon and our branded Usb's were on my desk by Thursday morning. Really impressed with the turnaround time. Simona kept me up to date throughout which was very reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful, good price and great product
We were looking for some customised USBs for our company. Teddy understood exactly what we needed and worked with us with patience to get the design just right. She was clear and communicative at every stage of the process from the online live chat through to emails. When it came to delivering the order Tracy was also really helpful and kept in touch throughout the process, delivering the order in good time even over the Christmas/New Year period. The price was also reasonable and fair.
The final product is just what we were after and good quality, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the USB Company for this service.

Very responsive and quick to finalise the artwork.
Teodora was good and catered to all the requests and got the artwork done just as we requested. The products looks good and we will probably go for repeat orders as this was custom made to look like one of our products. No hassle and to the point. Good work.

Teodora was fantastic, she recommended the best design for us to use and managed to really sort us out by doing the delivery in half the usual time as we had a deadline in less than 2 weeks. Great service and would be happy to use USB Company again.

Quick Service
I was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The price was good, much cheaper than I had from my usual supplier, and the quote came within a few hours of request. I made the order within a day or two and received the goods about a week later. Cannot complain in any way. Service was very helpful and attentive, so would strongly recommend.

I contacted a few companies when I was looking to change supplier for promo items. USB Company were the first to respond and were very engaging from the off, I felt like they wanted our business and I was dealing with people rather than a machine who churns out quotes. Simona was very helpful and engaging and delivered what we wanted. We ordered Powerbanks and Personalised Shaped USB's and she knew what she was talking about - nothing was too hard. We will be using these guys again without a doubt!
