I understand covid played a part in shipping times but almost three months was very frustrating. The unit was very easy to assemble. We’ve only used it once but so far we are very pleased with this unit.

After several months of research on my own re: products and health and wellness benefits and skepticism re: executing a large purchase over the internet, I was fortunate to connect with Garen at USA Health & Wellness. Garen's knowledge and experience with the Infra-Red saunas was most apparent, as were the reviews I read. Garen answered my questions with clarity and specificity, and provided the guidance I needed re: product strengths and weaknesses, thus simplifying my buying decision and giving me the confidence to purchase a TheraSauna TS5753.

Although my order was delayed because of COVID related supply chain issues, Eric (customer service) was highly professional and quickly responsive to all my inquiries, keeping me informed as to the cause of the delay and the ultimate date of delivery.

My sauna is meeting my expectations and after 5 weeks, I have experienced a decrease in my BP readings that are consistent with a health benefits study I had read during my research phase. Additionally, I am experiencing improved joint flexibility and am much more relaxed after each session.

I am most impressed and confident with Garen and his team, as they are highly professional, honest, responsive, and totally focused on making sure their customers receive first-rate service experience. I recommend anyone researching Infrared Saunas to simplify their search and connect with USA Health & Wellness.

USA health and wellness was absolutely wonderful to work with! The ordering process was amazing, we were walked through everything amd told about the sauna we wanted in detail. Their customer service representative Eric kept in contact the entire time ensuring we knew that our Santa was coming, that we would be contacted for a timely delivery, and to let them know if we needed anything. I definitely would recommend USA health and wellness.

I purchased the TheraSauna TS8454 4-Person through USA Health & Wellness after endless research. Garen took the time to listen to what I was looking for and not only went over my options but was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail the differences between all the offerings. The Sauna was delivered on time and they kept me informed all along the way. They returned all inquiries promptly. I would highly recommend them. I had a great experience and so far the Sauna is as advertised. We use it daily. It was not difficult at all to assemble but I would recommend 3 people for the 4 person due to the weight.

They were quick in answering back and try to be helpful with answers to question on product information.

VERY PLEASED WITH SAUNA. OTHER THAN TAKING A LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I DID RECEIVE EXPLANATION AS TO WHY SAUNA WOULD BE LATER THAN EXPECTED. TEMPERATURE DOES NOT FLUCTUATE AS ADVERTISED AND HEATS UP FAST. MUCH BETTER SAUNA THAN ONE I REPLACED IT WITH.

Quality of unit overall is very good. Directions needs some work. My sales agent Garen Manzo was very good and followed up with any questions I had. On the other hand customer service rep Eric Westbrooks’s was not the easiest to work with.

This company is a delight to do business with. Unlike other companies, a live person immediately answers the phone and provides you with the info you need. in addition, they have sent me messages to tell when the tub when into production and when it was scheduled for delivery.

I have a friend that highly recommended Health Mate dry sauna as the way to go. I took his advise, did some research and made my purchase of a Health Mate Enrich 3. A few years back I had another dry sauna with carbon heaters. It worked, but the warm-up time was 30 to 45 minutes and the highest temp was a whopping 125 degrees. After receiving my Health Mate sauna I found it to be well packed on a single pallet. It was packed so well it took nearly as much time to unpack as it took to assemble which was about an hour. I am 73 years old and put it together by myself. The Health Mate has tecoloy (infrared) heaters that take about 15 minutes to heat for your enjoyment. A big energy savings right off the top. Infared heats faster and has a deeper heat than carbon heaters. After my very first use I could feel the difference in the benefit I can get from this sauna. I would highly recommend this heating system over carbon systems and the appearance of the product is like a well made piece of furniture as at home in the living room as any other room in the house. Had to wait 6 months for my hot tub but once it was made, delivery was quick and on time. This company was easy to deal with and gave me more personalized attention and a better price than Wayfair. I had one broken part upon delivery and they got it delivered to me very quickly. Thanks for the good service and nice product.

I ordered a sauna during the pandemic and it was a long wait but i finally got it and i'm so happy and totally satisfied with the product. During my wait i had contacted via email the store and got excellent response time regarding my order. they are super helpful and responsive to all my questions. I'm so glad i used USA Health & Wellness to make the purchase. i highly recommend them and will use them in the future if the need again arises.

I have not received my hot tub yet. So far so good though. They have replied to my emails and keep me informed and answer my questions.

Loved sauna when I was told it had a lifetime warranty and 100% made in America. Come to find out it was misrepresented, fine print states on heaters have a life-time warranty with a $100 deductible per incident. Furthermore, the 100% made in America was a flat out lie as the Android tablet the runs the saune is made in china!!

Spa works well.

Limited information on electrical hook up. Customer service not available by phone: send an email and they will call you back. Not great when you have an electrician onsite and need to ask questions.

Wonderful company to work with. They answered all of my questions both via email and telephone conversations. We love our sauna- the entire family has used it.

It took a few weeks longer than was told for delivery but it was well worth the wait!

Garen was super to work with! I purchased my Health Mate Enrich 3 just before COVID locked down the entire country. Garen made sure I was supported 100% despite a lot of issues getting the sauna shipped and installed during the COVID pandemic. I have had my Enrich 3 for over a year at this point and it is the best investment I have made in my health and wellness. I give Garen and the team five stars, but I would give them more if the application would let me. They have been super supportive and knowledgeable.

I have been a sauna user for decades and had not been in a sauna for over a year because my club was shut down so I realized I had to get my own. Garen was extremely helpful in giving me a lot of useful information which guided me to purchasing the 5753 TheraSauna. The Therasauna performance has surpassed my expectations and the quality of workmanship is remarkable. Also Eric was great on the customer service side in keeping me informed when my sauna was in production and when it was shipped to me. Thank you to the team at USA Health and Wellness!!
