I first reached out to Osim via the website. They responded quickly and were very helpful. They also called me back to see if I had any further questions (I did). My wife and I went to the Metrotown store and were able to try out the products in person. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

UDiva chair never worked properly
My husband purchased the UDiva chair for my 50th birthday in July 2023. It arrived broken. The rollers didn’t work. It took three weeks to get it fixed. I used it 6 times and the rollers are off track again. We called for a repair 8/21 and we still haven’t heard back. It is September 1.
This chair continues to be on sale. Now you know why. It’s horrible. We were told we can return/exchange in 30 days but when my husband saw receipt, it stayed final sale no return..
