Error with my order
After I ordered 2 black mascaras, and paid, the order showed I ordered 1 brown mascara and a foundation. I have never used foundation or used brown mascara. On your site I asked if the order could be fixed, I was told to return the items and reorder. That process will take a long time before I get the items I originally ordered. I’m not sure how this error occurred, I know I would never order the two items I paid for.

Upon checking on My Rewards
Upon checking on My Rewards, I noticed I was eligible for a $10 coupon reward and checked on it and when I checked my cart out, my $10 reward was not applied. I tried several times to accomplish this and was not successful. I don't know if I missed a step along the process or what went wrong. Maybe this process on your site can be corrected and be made clearly and simply attainable.
