Nach 2 Jahren Ärger mit einem Industrieroboter aus Italien ( sehr hochpreisiges Produkt) bin ich nun mit dem Preiswerten yuka 2000 sehr zufrieden für unser Komplexes großes Grundstück.
Es kommen regelmäßig Update und der Support kann in der App kontaktiert werden und hilft sofort. Ich bin begeistert von Produkt und Servicequalität.
Der Mäher läuft seit März ohne Beanstandung. Die Einrichtung hat ca.30 Minuten gedauert, die App ist selbsterklärend.

Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. Setting up the LUBA 2 AWD robotic lawnmower was completed in a very short time, and the subsequent measuring and mowing went flawlessly.

Edit: While the Hardware is still working great, they Software has become a nightmare. While already known and documented problems are not activly being worked on, now already existing features get silently changed or deleted via an update, rendering the mower sometimes unusable. This means a product you already bought and payed will lose features over time or become unsuable. Communication from Mammotion is shallow and sparse, you will be left hoping they will someday reactivated the features.

Original: Very fast and helpful customer service. I had some software problems with the product and they did improve the firmware in just a few days to fix the issue.

Just set up my Yuka Mini and I’m really impressed. The GPS precision is fantastic, no boundary wires needed, and the lawn looks clean and even after each cut. Excited to test more of the pattern functions – really feels like a premium mower for the price.

I bought the Luba 2 AWD 5000 from MAMMOTION and it’s been a life changer. The cut is sharp, the finish is consistent, and it saves me hours every week. When I needed support, they responded quickly and solved the issue. Great product, great service.

I’ve been using my Luba2X all summer. I’m really impressed with the quality and how well it works in my yard and I’ve got some pretty steep hills. The software and firmware keep getting better too, with frequent and noticeable improvements.

I ordered the parts for my Luba 2 from customer service. I just provide the picture . They recognize what I need to my Luba 2. Good customer service.

The mower is working within my expectations. The quality of the machine is high, though being lightweight. A very easy to use with a high level of customization app. It took me a bit to learn how to manually drive the robot via the joystick commands, but after that, no issues in driving. The cut is precise, the range of the height adjustment is wide and with good granularity (5 mm steps). As long as the network coverage is good, the updates on the work progress is very accurate, and I appreciate the possibility to see the stream of the camera.
Maybe I didn't position the recharge station in the perfect place so that the mower does not see enough satellites, but I am experiencing a positioning issue (20 cm offset in the map) for the first minutes of operation after leaving the base.
I also had a doubt about the app behavior (cached version of map names were shown), I contacted the support chatbot who was very efficient, and after a few trials pipelined the issue to the service department, that contacted me promptly and efficiently.

We experienced some issues with our machine, but the Mammotion team was incredibly efficient and responsive in helping us resolve the situation. Their customer service went above and beyond our expectations. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Mammotion to anyone looking to deal with a reliable and trustworthy company.

I have bought Luba 2 and I m fully impressed by the technology of this brand and the after-sales service is Perfect. I recommend really this brand for the quality of the robot :)

Solid support, great product, packed with features, also perimeter wire free.
One thing: for large lawns take a bigger model, i have 1500 luba mini and yard of abt 1000sqm, I should have got one size up :)

Excelent development of the product Luba 2. The proposals mentioned of Reddit forum implemented in latest version :-).

Luba 2 bought a year and a half ago, I am very satisfied! Around 700 m² to mow in 3 separate zones. The robot works very well, there are many settings which offer quite a few possibilities. I had the opportunity to contact the customer service once for a question about the settings and their response was very quick, I recommend it!
