Ma tondeuse faisait un bruit anormal au démarrage. Dès réception du message avec vidéo que j'ai envoyé au service mammotion, j'ai reçu tune réponse avec un protocole de démontage précis. L'écrou d'un axe avait pris du jeu. Après resserrage et remontage, j'en ai profité pour un bon nettoyage, le problème était réglé. Soulagement !

There was a SW problem preventing connection between The Mammotion App and the Robot. But the support reacted promtly and helped to solve it. However if they had looked into their own SW sooner rather than trying to trouble shoot the problem at customer's end a lot of time and effort could have been spared.

Service was helpful in troubleshooting and willing to send necessary replacement part while under warranty.

The customer support was responsive and helpful in creating a work ticket for my Luba 2 mower.

Quick identification of the problem. No infrared signal from the base. The unit is a Luba 1 and out of warranty so I had to pay for a new charging station, but that outlay was expected. I like to tinker and want to try to repair my old base BUT Mamotion won't sell me an infrared module or even repair the old one. That's silly. What do they have to lose? They get paid for a new base AND a module or a repair too!

While they are a bit slow to respond due to extremely high volume of inquiries, they resolved my issue within about 10 minutes.

The Luba 2 robot lawnmower is fantastic great peice of kit which I have managed to setup easily for 4 seperate areas with ease. Now I can get me weekends back and no need for the ride on lawnmower!

The response to my problem was dealt with carefully and calmly. This makes a big difference when you are dealing with someone remotely. My issue was quickly resolved and gives me great confidence should other issues arise.

I love robot lawn i have for one year so far and i talk person custom help me to get part for me they told me what i had to do i understand i dont lost my and i cant wait for pool robot i would love and i happy help update how it robot with pool if i got beta hopeful

The Mammotion team was very helpful in solving my Yuka charging problem. After many emails about what to check, they decided to have me ship it to them. I got it back with a new control board but it STILL wasn't charging. So they sent me a new power supply for the charging base and that solved the problem! Thank you Mammotion team! You guys are awesome! :^)
