Beware of Injuries
I obtained Babor’s Collagen Firming Ampoule, which comes with several small container’s of serum, each glass.
When I opened one, glass flew off and cut my finger. After a few days my finger began to swelled and became very painful. I thought it would heal on its own, but after a week it became so swollen and painful I couldn’t use my hand or bend that finger. I work on a computer and it came to a point I couldn’t type, household or self care.
I went to the ER and had X-rays, but found no debris in finger. Was given antibiotics and referred to a specialist for surgery. The specialist first had me do a CT scan and said surgery my be needed for nerve damage and drainage. 5 months later I can move my finger and swelling has gone down, but still occasionally painful. Contacted their customer service just to warn them to perhaps use a different material and they were incredibly dismissive, especially because I got their product from a different company than directly from them. I’ve had severe pain and mobility issues and spent thousands and lost time at work and if you don’t want the same: Don’t buy this!
