Being first time buyers, the thought of starting the process of buying our first home was completely new and daunting. We decided to go with Urban Sticks from other great reviews read on facebook and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. Michelle was amazing throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. The service was the best we could’ve asked for and we were given confidence and reassurance throughout, making such a scary process a lot easier and less stressful than we thought it would’ve been!

Today we received our mortgage offer and my partner and I couldn't be happier with how we were taken care of by Terry and Jackie. Professionalism in its finest form, they helped us on our journey towards our first home and I cannot recommend them enough.

I was dealing with Jackie and Terry for last couple of months. And I have now received a mortgage offer!
I choose these guys mainly thanks to great communication and getting reply way before I paid them. I was able to e mail Terry random screenshots of properties I was interested in and he was able to tell me if it’s affordable for me or not.

Michelle thoroughly guided us through our experience from initial affordability to final mortgage offer, with honesty, professionalism and a personable manner.
