Impeccable service
From design through to installation Urban Myth have been amazing. The designers were so creative making the most of our space and listening to our needs. They were extremely accommodating when we kept changing our minds on the colours and welcomed us back to the showroom each time! Their kitchen units are of fantastic quality, this is our second kitchen from Urban Myth and the only reason why we got a new one is because we had an extension done. The one we replaced was over 12 years old and looked brand new inside and out.
The installation team were faultless and had us up and running in no time.

Kitchen & Dressing Room
We have purchased our kitchen and dressing room units from Urban Myth and couldn’t be more happier with them. They were very reasonably priced for the quality and the service from this company is excellent. We had numerous appointments with them so that we could, with their help and expertise, design our perfect spaces and they were all very patient and extremely helpful. We need a bar area designed and a cloakroom cupboard and will definitely use them for this too. Highly recommend using this company.

I have used Urban Myth on a couple of projects now, and find they are a breeze to deal with. From initial design meetings all the way through to installation and aftercare, everything is dealt with in a clear and swift manner. If there are ever any problems, no matter how small or large, the team are always pro-active in dealing with them. Their attention to detail is second to none, which is hard to find these days, so I can't recommend them highly enough.

Having worked with Urban Myth for last 7 years, the level of service provided by Rob, Dan and Clark with the whole of the support team has always been and still remains a 5 star service. I have worked in the industry for 40 years and they have been the best kitchen provider that I have had the pleasure to work with. They have always succeeded to maintain quality and have always remained competitive. They have always meet the tight programs working on large and small schemes. The professional service given by the fitting team remains as professional and courteous no matter how difficult the situation might be. They always remain enthusiastic and their attention to detail is second to none!

I found Urban Myth to be very helpful and professional when deciding which Guggenau appliances that would meet my requirements.
I found them to be competitive in price and also offered a service for fitting the the goods.
They supplied me with dates and times when the goods would be arriving and fitted.
The whole procedure went very smoothly. They kept me informed thought out.
