Einfach perfekt!
Genau so eine Kommode hatte ich mir gewünscht! Sie sieht optisch sehr hochwertig aus und fühlt sich auch so an. Zudem war der Aufbau auch super easy. Einfach perfekt! Ich würde hier immer wieder etwas bestellen.

This is the second locker I ordered. This time a lower version for the balcony. Love the retro style and wide slection of colours. Quality and paint finish is excellent. Putting it together is a bit of a chore but the instructions are clear and all the parts are marked.

Prodotti eccellenti, colori bellissimi, donano personalità alla stanza rendendola unica.

Great quality lockers. We bought the Wimbledon which fit perfectly into our kitchen but it would honestly look great in any room. Customer service were quick to answer a question I had and delivery (to Germany) was fast and it was easy enough o assemble. Very happy with our purchase!

Negozio online molto consigliato👍🏽

I purchased two Chester cupboards (forest and sage) and received them a few days earlier than expected (which is in my opinion already a sign of dedication and professionalism). Building instructions are clear and easy to follow, and once done the final effect is extremely beautiful. There was an issue with the doors and once flagged, I was offered either to have them replaced, or a partial reimbursement. I did appreciate their responsiveness and I will surely recommend Urbanlockers to my friends

I absolutely love this unit. Nice and sturdy, easy enough to assemble. The drawers are big and spacious. Was delivered promptly and with care, and also was very well packaged so as to not get damaged in transit. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Two Chelsea wardrobes in mustard
Very pleased. Urban Lockers seem to be the only company willing to quote a thickness 0.6mm to their product and this is fine for structural integrity. Bought two for extra storage and they look great. Managed to put together on my own although they do recommend two people which is mainly when fitting the top and getting the base started. The base had one hole not punched through but customer services swiftly sent a replacement part which arrived promptly and was well packaged. The packaging itself is quite incredible and will protect the finish. Highly recommended.

Purchased the mustard yellow Mayfair locker for my son’s bedroom. It arrived 2 days later and we’re really pleased with the look and the quality and my son loves it. I needed to contact customer services who responded really quickly and were very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again. Would love it if they brought out a bigger 3 door version Thank you

Gorgeous drawers
I absolutely love these drawers and hope to order more furniture. The range of colours is just brilliant too. Delivery was very quick.

I wanted something a bit different than the old boring wooden bedside table and found something on their website which was perfect. I bought 3 items in total including a bathroom cabinet. They were all easy to put together and look incredible. I have gotten so many compliments about them. Great range, great service, great instructions, great delivery and a beautiful and unusual finished product. One VERY happy customer.

REALLY great value for money, no problems with shipping to Germany whatsoever. Prompt response from customer service. Highly recomended.
If you cannot pur tigether such a piece of furniture though, it might be not the best option to practice your skills

I bought a Chelsea locker and a Lambeth set of drawers both in forest green. They are exactly what I wanted something a bit different modern and smart.

The two stars is because customer services were friendly and getting a refund was without quibble and straightforward. However, I never received the order and consider it egregious folly as a business to trust your survival to a third party over which you have no control. I was given a 10 hour long delivery slot, they didn't come. They didn't say they weren't coming and no live tracking is available. Same happened the next day, and the next, and the next, and the next, and the next. Each time loaded on the van for delivery, each time didn't bother to come. Sadly urbanlockers were unable to advance delivery other than reassurances that it would come the next day which it did not. In the end I gave up and told the couriers to redirect the order back to urbanlockers given I wasn't going to get them, and they would have been tossed around the depot numerous times in the interim. Life is too short to dedicate 10 days waiting for something that is out for delivery. The systemic and unresolvable failures of the courier inevitably impact the obtainable score as no appraisal of the product is possible.

Delivery on time. Well packaged and protected, although a lot to get rid of too! Easy to assemble with 2 people. Comes with instructions but also has online animation and top tips. Sturdy, good quality. Loved the choice of colours. All good.

I bought The Chester - Fluted Glass Wall Cabinet In Sage and the product feels really good quality, was easy to put together and is exactly as described and shown on the website. I am so happy with it, it fits perfectly in the room and the shade of green is even nicer in real life. Would definitely recommend. I was a little curious to see if the metal felt cold or made the room feel cold but the powder coating seems to have taken that concern away, which I'm really happy with (mine is in the bathroom).

Estremamente soddisfatta.

The unit itself looks great. But it was the most difficult set of drawers I have ever assembled. This probably explains why the print out instructions differs to the 3d render video. One of the back of the drawers is now damaged because you have to bend metal into place to fix it together. Lastly, the drawers aren't smooth at all.

Ordered two items at the end of March, still haven’t received them.

They were mistakenly advertised as having a 3-5 day delivery window when in fact they wouldn’t be available for shipping until late April. The new shipping date came and went, no update so I contacted customer services and was told now it would be shipping a week later. It is now another week later, no further updates and no shipping notification. I’ve asked for a refund and will be buying a wardrobe elsewhere so I can actually put my clothes somewhere !

UPDATE : The below reply isn’t true - the order was marked as 3-5 days delivery and I was told “ It appears there was a stock oversight on our end, and your order wasn’t flagged to us. Unfortunately, the item you ordered is currently out of stock and is expected to be available for shipping again on 24th April.”

I was also never given any updates unless I emailed. I was very understanding about the initial delay but the lack of communication afterwards was unprofessional - not OK to then place the blame on me.

Great products - we have a couple of different sets of drawers and locker from them, with another one due to arrive for our new kitchen/dining area. all customs duty was paid by them, so no nasty surprises on the doorstep in Spain. Fast delivery, like within a week each time. Clear instructions. Love the colours and the manufacturing that the lockers have. Would definitely recommend this company to others!
