Lee has been very helpful throughout our residency at this property. He has been prompt in responding to us and moving urgent jobs forward with the landlord on our behalf. Lee has also been informative in notifying us when we were due to have a visit ensuring we were available.

Please students do not use this company. Appalling service. My daughter and 6 uni friends were given the keys to their house in Leeds at 4pm on 1st July. They were horrified by what they found. The agent admitted the property had not been inspected after previous tenants moved out the day before. The house is absolutely filthy, carpets caked in dirt, tv and walls covered in beer and god knows what. Windows won't close, doors won't lock, hole is landing floor, human excrement outside front window, bloody snot all over walls along with used chewing gum. Curtains ripped and hanging off, curtain poles hanging off, furniture broken and unuseable.
Clearly the agents/landlords (I have a feeling the agency and the property owners may be one and the same) are not prepared to forgo a weeks rent to give them time to clean the property and repair/repaint. We didn't expect the Ritz but were promised that the house would be cleaned and have a fresh lick of paint. Total RIP Off company that does not respond to messages

If you are a student don’t use Urbane!!!
They have been absolutely shocking over the last year.
First of all, we got an awful first impression when we turned up to our house in July and nothing had been cleaned and the house was left in a disgusting state. They then told us they would do all the painting etc over the course of the next couple of weeks and then clean our house. This in fact was not true, they waited 2 months to paint and sort other problems. So basically those first two months we’d given them over 7grand in rent to have a property that wasn’t even ready for us. On top of that they failed to even clean it after the painting etc.
We have had really bad service all your round, our agent Lee can never seem to find time to sort out our problems or even give us a date of when they will be sorted, everything always seems to be delayed. However, they always seem to find time to message you and call you when they want to con you of more money.
I have really hated my year in one of their properties and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially students as they really do walk all over you and treat like a piece of s***

I got my property let within a very short period through Urbane Lettings.
James made everything so easy and advised the best possible amendments to help let the property.
I couldn’t be happier with James and Urbane’s professional, quick, reliable and friendly service. I will be using them primarily going forward now with all my property letting/management. I couldn’t recommend the any more!

Lee has been great and always wears a mask when visiting the house. Whenever there has been an issue these have generally been addressed very quickly.

I arranged a viewing for a property on Otley road with Lee and James. They were quite helpful to book a viewing promptly and showing the house with patient. You don't feel rushed with them and you have plenty of time to inspect every corner as you wish. I didn't go for the house at the end but appreciate the quality service by Urbane Lettings much.

Great house in Hyde Park which was a bargain, was refreshing to move in with a full clean compared to my previous house!

No real problems with Urbane or Lee Ramsey, had most problems that we reported sorted pretty quickly and we were able to communicate with them well! :)
