Just had the round deep hot tub delivered. What a brilliant company to work with. Their support and contact is excellent and the hot tub itself is just what we wanted. Not the usual plastic box but a tub that is of top quality and look like a Japanese system with jets. Would highly recommend. The guys who delivered and set up the unit were brilliant and couldn’t fault them. If you are looking for a decent company then look no further. Top class!

We chose our hot tub based on using the same one at a friends house. They recommended the company having had a good experience 3 years earlier .
The ordering , delivery and installation was straightforward . I struggled a bit to connect to my WiFi and would have appreciated a little more practical help with this . It was a simple matter of turning the hot tub off and on again for the signal to pick up again but it took me some time to work this out . I appreciated the instruction on use of chemicals for the tub but would have benefited from a more thorough explanation of how to use the control panel on the tub itself which I am yet to work out .
Prior to delivery there was a lot of contact regarding measurements and site access which was checked and triple checked . Overall a positive experience and I would recommend the company having.

From beginning to end, the process was great. We traveled to the shop unannounced to look at the units. We were given a full review of the available products and components. We bought our unit and asked for a specific delivery date to meet the timing of a family event. All went according to plan and the unit arrived and was installed in a few hours.
All the right questions were asked so our electrician was prepared with the proper service to complete the connection.

Very attentive during sales, answering any questions to alleviate any concerns. The overall service was a good experience. Helpful to guide you without pressure to the right hot tub to meet our needs. The quality of the product was as expected. Delivery was prompt and efficient. After sales follow-up, listened to and dealt with any outstanding questions effectively. What would have scored a five-star was a little more time to hand over the product eg connecting and demonstrating wifi/different settings.

We visited Cedar Hot Tubs in Bristol a year ago and were very impressed with the rounds tubs they sell. The staff at the showroom were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful both in person and later by emails. It took over a year for us to get planning permission and build of the summerhouse where the hot tub was to go but it was delivered and installed last week. The two delivery men were friendly and efficient and quickly got the hottub into position despite a very tight access of only 1cm more than the hottub! They were also patient and ubderstanding when pur electrician was delayed.
We have found the hottub to be everything we hoped for: powerful jets, well designed interior with different levels to sit, pretty lighting options and easy instructions.

Its just perfect. Thank you to everyone involved in our purchase.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team at Urban Cedar couldn’t be more helpful with any questions I had. We originally wanted a different hot tub, but the team advised it wouldn’t fit down our alleyway, so they directed us to one that would, and we couldn’t be happier. The team are all very knowledgeable, and the installation guys were top notch, super speedy, efficient and no mess afterwards.

I got a fantastic deal on the Urban Cedar sport duo.
The delivery experience went extremely smoothly and the two engineers were extremely polite and helpful in explaining the chemical stuff and connecting to my WiFi.
The Tub is located 75 metres from the house and the connection is fine.
We had our first session 30 hours after installation and the tub was very efficient with the jets positions.
We would definately recommend this product.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. All staff members were super helpful - delivery was easy to arrange and installation went very smoothly with great support and advice throughout. The hot tub is brilliant - very happy!

Urban Cedar delivered our beautiful hot tub yesterday. Bright it down and got it into position no problem. Fully explained the process and how to get it going once we get it wired in. We have just got it to temperature today and look forward to using it! Great service, highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Urban Cedar hot tubs now for around eight years since purchasing our tub. I have nothing but praise for Antony and his team. Every time I have had to contact them with various trivial questions or problems they have responded immediately and either sent an engineer if a more serious problem or answered my concerns. I have had different staff members over the years and ALWAYS had good experiences. I would recommend 💯.

Fairly positive experience but a shame about the end.

We had a few minor communication issues and a very late request for access details from their side (just one week before delivery was due) which resulted in a slightly different access route. But Urban Cedar were very kind and accommodating when I asked to change to the round design tub (due to not being able to put the square one where I had originally envisioned). For this, I was extremely grateful, although I was then persuaded to spend some extra money on the metal bands. I have to say I don’t regret this!

However, I was then phoned by the MD and told that I would be charged ‘an unusual access fee’ on top of the standard £395 that I’d already paid unless I tipped the delivery drivers with a set stipulated amount. On the day, I did tip the delivery drivers albeit a slightly smaller amount, owing to the fact that I was aware I’d already paid £395 for the service.

The following day, I received quite a passive aggressive email asking me why I’d only tipped what I had and not the amount I’d been ‘advised’.

As one previous reviewer very accurately said, unfortunately it all felt ‘deliberately confusing and money driven’.

The hot tub is beautiful though and I’m so far very happy with my purchase.

From start to finish this company was exceptional. I had 2 really professional lads turn up on the day and they had a really difficult job to do - access was really difficult. They went above and beyond to get the tub in and they left no trace of damage. Couldn't recommend this company more highly, it was a level of customer service i've not experienced in years. Its a family run company and you can tell, they really care about their customers and the products, we were in safe hands. Thank you very much to the two lads called Jack for their amazing professionalism. 11 out of 10!

I ordered the Urban Cedar Sport Classic WiFi Square Hot Tub Package, as clearly stated in both the sales confirmation and contract. Despite this, the WiFi feature was missing, and I was later told it wasn’t included—then asked to pay extra. They claimed we had verbally agreed to exclude it, which simply isn’t true.

The Managing Director’s tone was aggressive when I raised the issue, and communication overall was frustrating—duplicate questions about delivery and a push to add extra charges, such as an unjustified "non-standard delivery" fee.

This experience felt deliberately confusing and money-driven. I wouldn’t recommend Urban Cedar to anyone looking for clear, honest service.

From start to finish the communication with the company has been fantastic. I was kept updated on the delivery status and on installation day the team turned up on time and were polite, friendly and professional. They made sure I had no doubts about the running and maintenance of the tub. The hot tub itself is excellent quality and looks amazing.
