When Craig M. reached out to me, I was currently doing business with another company and explained it to him. It would be helpful to be able to verify authenticity of reviews because quite frankly, my experience was not a great one and, I find it difficult to believe people have gotten approved/funded in a day.

I submitted my docs for a loan with Dave after a phone call. He was not personable or informative and did not seem knowledgeable. He certainly followed up for the documentation from me and then; I waited three days and then emailed Dave to get status to be responded with a " I don't think we can help you....I'm sorry we could not help you. One of the reasons being low income. Hmm, pretty sure one of the requirement is a certain level of income which we do have. So, false advertising? I was told if we had X in income we could potentially get X. Laughable. So basically, if I had not been proactive in reaching out I would not have received any communication?

If this is how prospective customers are handled and just brushed off with a sorry we could not help you, it begs the question as to the authenticity of five star reviews?

The Upwise team is very professional and they really look after their clients. They work hard, are smart and trustworthy--they are a great partner. I would highly recommend anyone using them--you will not be disappointed. They bend over backwards to help their merchants obtain the optimal financing solutions for their respective businesses. The folks at Upwise are also very ethical.
