Just one word: Perfect!

Desde que Uptimerobot actualizó sus IPs, todos los días indica que nuestras webs están caídas, cuando no es así, y todas las páginas están funcionando a la perfeccción. Llevamos así más de mes y medio, y no resuelven el problema desde Uptimerobot.

Hemos comprobado el servidor, hemos comprobado con el centro de datos y estos han monitoreado nuestras web y servidor durante 2 semanas, sin encontrar ningún tipo de incidente. También han incluido las nuevas IPs de Uptimerobot como requirieron y las han Whitelisted,

Por nuestro lado, hemos intentado que Uptimerobot revise, pero sin éxito, parece que no tienen interés alguno en ofrecer una estabilidad de monitoreo de nuestras páginas web, por lo que si no lo solucionan, tendremos que buscar otro servicio de monitoreo estable y confiable, que preste un soporte adecuado a este tipo de situaciones, cuando el problema no viene por parte del cliente, sino por parte de la propia empresa Uptimerobot.

UptimeRobot has significantly decreased the time we had to spend on manually monitoring our clients web applications. We've now streamlined operations and have a single tool to help us track uptime and do performance monitoring with ease.

Uptime Robot makes it very complicated to keep your firewall and Cloudflare up to date with newly added IP addresses from Uptime Robot. We have to compare all the IP addresses every time and figure out which IP addresses Uptime Robot has added to their list. They should simply email us the changes/additions. And no, we don't use the API for this.

Update 01-09-2025:
Although the problem hasn't been resolved yet (and perhaps never will be), the support department has been very helpful and provided me with tips on how to determine which IP addresses are new and which aren't. It's a shame this can't be done with an IP update from Uptime Robot itself, but at least I now have a reasonably workable workaround.

We've been using UptimeRobot for several years as our primary uptime monitoring tool, both for internal and externally facing services. Rock solid stability, generous free tier, and great customer support. Can't recommend enough!

The Pupose of service is lost when uptime goes down more than the service they monitor.
There is practically no online support, and their monitor started reporting nonexistent errors; false alerts came 30 minutes into the incident. The reply I got was: "We are aware of the issue, and our development team is actively working on a resolution." And this was not the first time a similar thing had happened a month earlier.

Even after messaging the CEO on LinkedIn, I didn’t receive any resolution. But when I posted my review here, everything was resolved quickly!

If this whole process had been smoother, it would have saved customers like us a lot of stress, and I wouldn’t have faced pressure from my company’s management.

I’ve updated my review to reflect the resolution, but I’m leaving it at 4 stars because of the delay in addressing the issue.

We subscribed to this service to monitor downtimes of our company websites, as it's a critical requirement for us. Initially, the FREE plan covered most of our needs. However, we upgraded to the paid plan solely to enable Microsoft Teams notifications. Unfortunately, the Teams integration failed, consistently throwing errors and sending no data.

We reported the issue to customer support, and while they initially assured a quick resolution, there has been no follow-up - no email updates, no progress reports. I’ve had to reach out multiple times, only to be told to wait another 48 hours, each time without any real resolution.

When I asked why there were no updates, the responses from support came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I even contacted the CEO via LinkedIn to escalate the matter, but received no response.

At this point, I’m seriously considering switching to a more reliable service provider.

UptimeRobot has been great for watching our websites and web apps. We have used it for several years to track multiple important systems, and it reliably sends us alerts when any of them go offline. The setup was easy, and the interface is intuitive. For a small team that needs dependable monitoring without hassle, UptimeRobot is a great solution.

After using Uptime Robot for over 5 years, I can confidently say it's been an exceptional monitoring solution for our small team. The service has given us peace of mind with around-the-clock monitoring of our multiple domains without breaking the budget or requiring extensive technical expertise.

I use Uptime Robot to monitor multiple domains across our various projects, and the setup process couldn't be more straightforward. Each monitor takes literally seconds to configure, and the intuitive dashboard makes managing everything effortless.

We get instant notifications via email, SMS, and push notifications the moment any issues arise, allowing us to respond quickly. The status page feature has been incredibly useful for communicating with our stakeholders and customers. It provides real-time updates automatically and gives everyone visibility into our service status without overwhelming our support team with inquiries.

They recently added DNS monitoring capabilities, which is a fantastic addition to their monitoring suite.

Our company required some additional monitoring on user endpoints in addition to server monitoring. We explored options to do this with internally deployed tools as well as service offerings on AWS and other providers. Uptime came up as an option and for the past 30 days, it has performed very well, monitoring and reporting web access.

The monitors were very easy to set up with a variety of filtering options, both for positive and negative conditions. You do need to upgrade to reduce the five minute check points to something less but in most cases, the free version, providing the five min pings is adequate. Depends on your customer and SLA requirements. In any case, the pricing is very reasonable.

We may consider upgrading as we turn on more customers.

I’ve been using UptimeRobot for months now, and it has been an absolute game-changer for monitoring my websites and servers. The service is reliable, easy to set up, and incredibly feature-rich, especially considering the free plan offers 50 monitors with 5-minute checks—which is more than enough for most users.

Excellent service, very reliable. Keeps my hosting provider on their toes. I get notification within seconds of when the website is down. And if it was a short outage fast notification on when it is back up. If I needed their premium services I would purchase without any hesitation. The free service is excellent and very generous
