Upscalepics is horrendous
This reply is exactly why they deserve negative reviews. Their website is dysfunctional and the so-called customer support are passive-aggressive. You canceled my subscription FIRST just because I made a mistake signing up using a GMail account, yet people are prompted to sign up/sign-in using a Google account which is stupid! Get that in order instead of trying to insult me! There are plenty of websites that allow you to change your email address while still being able to keep your account ID and other information! There is a difference between changing an email address and deleting an account! I simply tried to change my email in order to contact you on the website but your website is completely malfunctional. Now I realized it was all deliberately done by your intentional passive-aggressive rude nonsense. You do have too much NERVE having a bad attitude because I made it clear in my email to you how annoyed and frustrated I rightfully was and could see through your negligent games. After you replied to my email refunding me and explaining to me the issue, I even tried to graciously apologize for believing you were intentionally withholding the credits due to my mistake and me leaving my first negative review but you did not even tell me you was banning me from further purchase after explaining to me to create another email account. You are mad about my first negative review instead of your crazy website that's why you shouldn't have the audacity to have your bogus refund policy with your poor communication about everything else!
I should have known your location listed on your website is a red flag. Unbelievable and ridiculous!
