Just took delivery of my new Bergamont E-Revox FS 150 Expert and couldn't be happier. As an enthusiast, I can tell right away when a bike has been prepped properly and huge shoutout to Dylan for the build and Kieran on QC.

The attention to detail on the setup, cable routing, and overall tuning is spot-on. You can tell these guys have a genuine passion for proper mountain bikes and the quality of their work really shows and hard to come by.

Aftersales (Jamie) sorted out a minor query instantly with zero fuss. Brilliant team, incredible value, and top-tier service. Highly recommended!

After a very disappointing experience with Tredz, I took my e-MTB to Uprise, and the difference was night and day. This is exactly what I'd expect from a specialist e-MTB service centre, or actually beyond.

The team were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. They handled a warranty claim for me without any fuss, carried out a tune-up, offered plenty of advice and didnt make me feel stupid although I had over tightened the seat clamp, affecting the dropper post.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received. It's refreshing to find a business that clearly cares about its customers, and I'll be recommending Uprise to everyone I know.

I can't thank the team at Uprise Bikes enough. After being told by Halfords and Tredz I'd have to wait around 6 weeks, I took my bike to Uprise and they sorted it the very same day.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to get everything fixed and explained what they'd done along the way. It's great to find a bike shop that genuinely cares about its customers.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I ordered a bike and it arrived fully built in under 22 hours, which is genuinely outstanding. Their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond after I explained the issues I’d been having with another online seller who had delayed a replacement bike for weeks. I cancelled that order and switched to Uprise Bikes, and they absolutely smashed it with both their response and delivery time. Easily the best online shopping experience I’ve had.

I’d already dealt with their Winterbourne shop in Bristol a few weeks earlier regarding a faulty Orbea frame from a different retailer, and the team there were incredibly helpful. The online shop matched that same level of professionalism and support, which really shows the consistency of their service across the board.

I’m genuinely impressed with Uprise Bikes. This has been my best experience ordering a bike online, had the bike a few weeks now and have had no issues at all, could not be happier.

It was so refreshing to have contact with people that want to do their job properly. There was a hiccup but immediately received an apology, was kept informed throughout and all resolved. The bike arrived built, with all documentation, certificates and lots of extras. I cannot fault my experience with Uprise Bikes and my husband is extremely happy with the bike too! I wanted to order a particular bike and had a few questions prior to committing. I telephoned them directly and was able to speak to an actual human being who was so helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions and went above and beyond with follow up so that I knew the progress of my order. It was such a refreshing change to have genuine personal customer service - a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you Uprise.

Ordered an item which didn’t turn up. Contacted customer servis via email and got no response. Will not be using these again and recommend anyone else using. Absolutely disgusting service

Bike was delivered with 4 scratches on frame,tried removing with a compound but the clearcut is damaged,expected better with a quality bicycle company.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I ordered a part for my bike on express delivery as I needed it for a set date. There was a problem with the delivery at no fault of uprise which meant my parcel would be a couple days late, I spoke to Nathan who was extremely helpful and friendly and he reimbursed my delivery fee and even gave me a voucher! Brilliant company and brilliant customer service, will definitely use again

Great price the bike was set up very well i am happy with the way the bike was assembled and packaged. My only complaint is with delivery although i don't blame Uprise i think the blame lies with Fed Ex the delivery company

I went into uprise looking for a new Emtb and I was greated by Tom who was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the stock and different spec bikes. He let me have a test ride of a few bikes I liked to get a feel for them. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything and Tom talked me through the specs on the bikes I like. I went away to have a think about which bike I was going to choose on Tom's advice and I decided on the 2027 specialized levo evo comp. I went back the next day to let them know I wanted that bike and buy the next day it was ready for me to pick up. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent and Tom was very helpful. Highly recommend Uprise.
