Good product.

Super nice staff. Equipment arrived on time and when I went to setup the equipment I was able to call the company and speak with a live person!! They were able to help me with a quick question and that made setting up the equipment super easy!! They were so nice and responsive!! The lights completed the event and set the mood for everyone! Everyone absolutely loved the lights. These are worth the money!! Our event was New Year's Eve. The staff were great to work with on shipping the lights back. I cannot say enough about how awesome this company was to work with and we loved the lights.

Great communication with fast response times. Could not have been an easier process. Our lights showed up right on time and they made the return process incredibly simple. Fantastic experience overall.

First time user. I ordered 20. It can look intimidating. It’s NOT. Took a minute to figure out how to program the color but after that it was easy. Set up, break down was a breeze. I was worried about getting them in time but they promised…and delivered! Thank you. Returns were easy too. Repacking was no problem. We will DEFINITELY use this company next year!

Easy to order, beautiful product, very easy return… return label included, frequent communication from vendor reconfirming order, competitive pricing too.

Uplight made it super easy and affordable to rent lights for our wedding. The customer service team was very responsive to questions about the best date to schedule our booking to make sure we got the lights in time for the event and getting extra extension cords. The lights were also perfect for our needs. We had a 30'x50' tent that we lit with 8 strands of globe string lights, and the brightness was perfect! The lights arrived on time and the return was also very easy. The only issue we had was that zip ties were not included in the box so we had to run out and get zip ties at the last minute, but that was minor to us compared to the overall experience.

Hosted a big wedding for my daughter. The hotel wanted thousands of dollars for up lights. Having previously owned a sound and lighting company I know that anyone can put out up lights. I found Uplight Rental and it was easy and professional. Up lights are dramatic in that lighting can turn any room from boring to intriguing. The lights looked great as we set the color of the lights to accent the color theme. No power cords or DMX controllers all battery operated. This gives you flexibility in placing them and makes it so easy. They saved me a ton of money and it looked great.

The lights came perfectly on time, perfectly packed. Communication was great and they even waived my late fees when I was a little late sending them back after my wedding. Great experience!

Everything about this experience was awesome—super fast communication, unbelievably friendly, great prices, and everything came packaged so beautifully. My wedding looked gorgeous because of the lighting!

Everything was fantastic. Arrived on time and all the lights worked. Really changed the whole aesthetic of the room. Would definitely highly recommend.

Fast replies to my emails with questions when deciding on the light count. Willing to work with me on selecting the best light for my venue setup and factored in wired and wireless options. Timely email confirmations and clear follow communication. The lights arrived a day early than promised allowing me time to read through and pre-program everything. Packaging and return shipping provided. Easy to repackage and return at drop off point. I would use them again!

I will ONLY use Uplightrentals.com for my events! I received them exactly when I was supposed to, they worked PERFECTLY and shipping back was ridiculously easy-they provided everything I needed-even tape! What an amazing company!!! Thank you so much!!!

Great customer service, very reliable and efficient. The lights are high quality and have a variety of colors. Thank you for the last minute request.

if you are first timer renting uplights online and hesitating like I was, I think you should definitely go with this company. great service and communication. I rented a dozen of wireless uplights from uplightsrentals.com for a wedding gig, there was no issue whatsoever from start to end. thanks!!

I was so pleasantly surprised by the excellence of this service all the way around. As a mother in her fifties who didn’t believe her son that this would be a good way to have uplighting at the wedding, I can honestly say this was the easiest part of the whole thing. Great lighting, great customer service via email, and great price. Thank you.

You shipped in a timely manner! I had the lights a few days prior to our event which was great! The lights added that little extra something! I am so thrilled I found you and will definitely use you again when needed!

Renting the uplights was easy. Shipped right to me. Easy to set up. Lucas made the whole process very easy. Preset the lights and then I just had to ship back with the label he provided. Would highly recommend.

They were so patient and the lights were on time and made my wedding pop. The return process was easy. Everything about this process was easy going. Definitely highly recommended. So glad I went with this company price perfect as well
