UpdatePhoto Anmeldelser

With moving abroad and having nowhere to store the family history of photographs, I contacted UpdatePhoto, from start to finish could not fault the customer service received...second to none!
The end result was perfect quality photographs, sized and in an orderly fashion, scanned and returned within a week!.....All 1,128 of them. Highly recommend this company. Thank You Jason.

Great price, great communication, great service!

Excellent service and communication. I was kept informed about the order and UpdatePhoto were able to accommodate requests for filing the photos. Would highly recommend UpdatePhoto for converting slides, negatives to digital photos

Excellent and prompt service. I was asked if I agreed to a small modification made to my transparencies; when I pointed out that some of my photos were back to front, they were immediately righted at no extra charge; and the results otherwise were all I had hoped for.

Clear instructions on their website, very good communication throughout process and excellent end result. Very happy.

Good friendly communication, prompt efficient work with the very best made of old slides. What more could I want?

Twice I have used your company and have been delighted with the results.
I also found you to be very helpful

Nice people, very helpful and obliging. Do a good job with old negatives etc

This is a superb company which handles slides with care and promptly provides excellent digital images. It is very competitively priced in relation to higher volume providers and features close personal support if required. Excellent service.

Despatch arrangements (in both directions) are excellent. So is the quality of the digitised product (from 35mm Agfacolor slides about 60 years old): my queries about some results being rather dark were quickly dealt with.

I am absolutely amazed by the quality of the photos I received. I found loads of various size negatives that were my late grandads, and some were from the 60s and early 70s and I didn't think were in the best condition but I sent them anyway, and I am shocked by how well they have come out. The photos have been expertly edited to make them look perfect and it's provided me and my family so much joy to have these photos we have never seen before. It was such an easy process from start to finish, great value and well worth every penny. I honestly cannot thank this company enough for such an incredible job! I would recommend them to everyone.

Easy, quick and quality results - together with very reasonable prices.

An excellent service and happy to do some additional image manipulation too.
