They have excellent customer service. Super helpful and happy to answer any questions. Very easy sign up process too and no harassment like some other companies do. Definitely would recommend and they also were super competitive in price!

I found these guys to promptly answer all my questions in a friendly time frame.
They were helpful straight from the start, and I was covered within minutes.
I work a lot and don't have the time to go back and forwards with emails etc.
They helped me to make my decision to be covered with them without any regrets.

Highly Recommend!!
I am a sole trader and came across Upcover whilst looking into getting PI & PL insurance. Upcover had the most competitive prices that I could find so I decided to go with them and have been super impressed with the customer service received to date. Signing up was super easy too. 10/10 recommend!

Still retroactively covered if you cancel down the track
I went with Upcover because, unlike many other professional indemnity covers, you actually remain covered for the period you pay for after you cancel your cover. I’m not sure how long I’ll be contracting for so I love the flexibility they offer.

Great for support workers
I used Upcover for my work as a independent support worker sole trader. They were excellent and prompt in replying to all my questions. They provided coverage for everything I needed them too and were competitively priced. I would recommend them to anyone else who is a support worker.
