Brilliant customer service, I ordered my latest products and they were delivered the next day. You also get help and advice if you need it.
The products are lovely to use and my skin feels lovely for using them.

Fabulous products. Makes your skin feel smooth. Fine lines reduced & its taken me a long time to find product as good as these. From the serum, the oil the eye cream & the moisturising cream, they are fabulous

I ordered the shampoo and conditioner because I have seborrheic dermatitis. I’ve used medicated shampoos and leave in liquid. I’ve used coal tar and pine tar shampoo. The whole range of head and shoulder products and nothing worked. So far I’ve used up circle three times over the last week.There has been a huge improvement. My scalp doesn’t itch anymore. Massive reduction in dandruff and the large scaly flakes are at least 50% gone. I highly recommend this product, it’s amazing. Well worth the money.

I had an issue as my UpCircle parcel failed to arrive. I emailed them to ask for an update and the speed with which they handled this is impressive. 24 hrs after I sent my email my parcel is here. This company has really great products which I love using and their customer service is nothing short of exceptional. A lot of companies could learn from how they handle issues. I love all of the products I have tried, and that's most of them!

I have been using UpCircle for years. I have a subscription to the shampoo and conditioner. I use the eye cream, night cream, peptide serum, coffee oil, cleansing balm daily. They all smell so delicious as well as leaving my skin in tip-top condition!

A little goes a long way of all products. Everything is cruelty free, vegan and sustainable. I just love the ethos of the brand and if you can find a local refill store that stocks it like I have then nothing can be better than that. Even if you can't refill the packaging is easily recycled as glass.

I am a returning customer and use their moisturisers, eye cream, peptide, face balm, spf (which is a pot of wonder), body scrub and the shampoo and conditioner. I return because I like their ethos and the products are amazing. The sample box is a great way to try before you buy and I would highly recommend

Received a lovely little package of samples, packaging was really good, samples were small, personally the products were not to my liking an I thought it was rather expensive for the little samples I received

Every product from Upcircle I have tried has been excellent. I now use day/night cream, SPF 25 for the face, serum, hand cream on a daily basis. Brilliant value and the environmental credentials, zero packaging is a great bonus.

Ordered the hair shampoo and conditioner set as it was on offer, i wouldnt normally pay that much for haircare . The items are quite small and i was a but shocked, however you only need small amounts and the shampoo smells amazing and lathers really well. My hair is definately less frizzy- even in this humid heat . Give it a try

Ordering was easy and delivery was super fast.

Tried out their Tester Kit and loved the products. Had to order several products after that. Impressed with shampoo + conditioner. I can now go 3 days without washing it. (previously extremely greasy). Also love the Face Cleanser, Toner and Night Cream. Im still baffled how little shampoo is needed to lather the hair. Well done you all.

Their products are so pure and even after a week I see differences. The customer service is exceptional!!!!
