They hav some really great products, both aesthetic and quality wise:) Ive received products from them thrice or so, and though you wait a month or so its totally worth it!

I have two wigs from this store, and they are one of my favorites 😍 the quality is very good as well as looking real ♥ ️ the clothes are also very beautiful, I have some clothes and I love them. Very good customer service 👍 I recommend it 100%

I ordered a shirt, and belt from there. I am average weight (fairly skinny build) but their one size belt was WAY too tight. It felt like a ripoff for $25. It's really disappointing because the belt looks so nice and I was looking forward to wearing it but I guess I won't be able to. Second thing, for the shirt it got sent to me in a medium, when I had ordered a large. This is extremely unfair and ridiculous because it was really expensive, and it took forever to arrive. I reached out to their customer service and they offered an option to return the parcel, and get a size exchange, or a $5 compensation. The thing is, $5 ain't sh!t compared to the prices of the items on their website. And I'm not about to wait a whole 2 months just to receive the right size for my item.

The package took about 4 weeks to arrive, with barely any tracking information, and if there was any, it was always late. When I reached out to the company, they were unhelpful and said I had to wait 10-20 days for my item to arrive. (And it actually didn't, it took longer than that)

Honestly, it's best to spend your money elsewhere for clothes. It's not worth the frustration, money, or time. Shop local.

Despite the nit-picks I'll write below, I really enjoy the aesthetic Uoobox provides! Their skirts and tops are very cute and fashionable, wearing them improves my self image and confidence!

Uoobox's relation to social media is the only way to write a review on their products so I wish they'd have written reviews on their actual site instead of having to sort through Instagram for reviews. But that's mostly just a tedious this that bothers me.
The only criticism that I have was the "one-size-fits-all" strawberry milk shirt. I'm sure there's been sizing issues before, but most of that can be solved by measuring yourself and contacting their email. However, this shirt was an exception. I'm a small/medium girl by US measurements, but for a "one-size-fits-all" shirt, it was *quite* small. It fits me ok, but not as big and flow-y as I had hoped it'd be.
Overall, I will continue to purchase their products and support their business! 5 stars! :D

I've had a great experience with Uoobox. I was one of the winners of their monthly giveaways. Their responses were quick, both through dms and email. I was also surprised to see how quickly they deliver orders. I would definitely buy from here again!

i haven't received my order yet and it's been about two weeks. i understand that through covid, it's harder for them to ship it but my main concern is that my tracking number is invalid. i dmed them about this and they left me on read...????

i was starting to get really suspicious so i commented on one of their posts saying how they left me on read, only then did they respond back and said that it takes about a week for shipping updates to pop up- literally it's been two weeks and they've left me on read...

i guess ill give an update if i ever receive my package

I didn't pay enought attention and after talking to the store I found out that due to the pandemic my country wasnt on their shipping list. They immediately gave me a full refund and were very kind to me.

Bought the Crane Jacket, it reeked of mold and I would never wear it, it is also much smaller than the image shown and looks very skimped. I have emailed twice to complain and return it and was just to be told to wash it. It is disgusting and only fit for the bin!!!

I contacted uoobox via Instagram about cancelling an order and they got back to me instantly telling me to email them, I did so. I waited six hours for a response, nothing back. I emailed them again and woke up to find the item had been shipped and I could no longer cancel.
Awful customer service would not recommend.

It arrived pretty fast even though the whole covid.The cloth fit me perfectly and I love how it looks.

I’ve bought from Uoobox multiple times, and all of my orders have been perfection! All of the wigs are very realistic, and the clothes fit just right. Even though delivery takes a couple of weeks (I live in the UK) it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to take!

The item I received is great quality and I haven't taken it off since I received it. The service was great and welcoming and my package came on time. Overall a great experience!
