first time ever buying from this company, process was easy and I enjoy the products my only qualm is there was an issue with my package and I wasn't notified until I asked about it. my package did come about a month late because of the issue but I do like the products and quality, i was also given some freebies with my purchase and they're pretty cute too.

I’m in love with the brand. First time buying from them and going to come back! Whoever runs the main Instagram account helped me out with coupons which also helped me to pick more items! The skirt comes with built in shorts (and I screamed the moment I noticed it!) and the items all came with high quality. Shipping did take some time but it was worth it. Love you Uoobox!

Hey my experience with this company was amazing I got to get a discount and my stuff came in quickly and in beautiful packaging.

As a first, the communication! So awesome! I used communication through Instagram and they were so sweet and so helpful!

The order came like... After a month, since I live in Czechia, it takes time for the package to get here, so it's totally okay. Every item fits well, everything is comfortable as hell and awesome!!! Also got some gifts from them as a thanks, so that totally made my day. 😭😭❤️

Wonderful people and wonderful products! I ordered a wig and got 3 gifts and the gifts were adorable and the wig was so comfy! Not itchy and fit perfectly! Im unsure who on the instagram account i talked to but they were wonderful and so patient with me!(i have a lot of issues remembering info and such so the patience with me was something i rarely experience and was wonderful!)

Please avoid buying from this company, I ordered clothes from them in June 2022 and still haven’t received them. They are obviously a scam. I tried to reach to their customer service via mail / instagram and even Facebook and never got an answer from them. They basically stole my money and I paid around 94$. Still haven’t received them and it’s March 2023.

Really lots of cool clothes and wigs to choose from. Just make sure to order two sizes up, as their clothes tend to be smaller.

The clothes were extremely comfortable and fit me perfectly! The packaging was easy to open and the extras were so adorable. I’m wearing a hair pin right now and several people have were intrigued by it. The order also came earlier than I expected, I thought it would be at the very last day possible but it was two days early. I love this shop and will shop here again <3

Do NOT buy anything from this company. Horrible return policy, even worse customer service. The products are cheaply made and not worth the trouble!

i order from this website frequently. Whenever an item gets lost in shipping they will let me choose something or greater or equal value to replace the lost item. I've won multiple giveaways from them and it has been amazing. They have wonderful customer service, and while the prices can be a bit steep, the quality keeps me coming back as you will almost always get the most for your money. I've never been unsatisfied and have never had an issue, besides shipping. wonderful site <3

I was a bit worried about ordering from here because it seemed too good to be true, but I was so far from the truth. This online store is amazing! The customer service is very good; they are fast and very polite. The shipping took about two weeks, and I got it delivered to Canada. The products are exactly, if not better, than what I expected. The sweater I ordered is so soft and exactly how it looks on the website. The two shirts I ordered are also exactly as pictured and feel pretty nice. I'm so excited to shop here again!
