Their communication is prompt and efficient. The quality of their work is excellent, and they were extremely helpful and accommodating whenever we needed to make changes.

Awful company - don't waste your money.
Packaging is not built for purpose - mine arrived see-through, the print smudged and not properly applied, the edges of the packaging were dirty, and multiple times the packaging ripped, just by putting products inside.
I reached out to customer service and they never responded. I reached out twice more and they responded but refused to do anything, and since then all my email have been left unanswered.

They should be shut down

Over 3 weeks now and still no product. The site advertises reasonable lead times, but that’s clearly not the reality. Tracking shows the package has been stuck in customs and makes it pretty obvious they’re sourcing directly from an Alibaba supplier.

I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times and have received zero response. No updates, no accountability, nothing.

Really disappointing experience, especially for a first order. Would not recommend if you need reliability.

Don’t waste your money here. Poor product, poor service. The product does not match the images used to advertise it. Find another supplier, especially if funds are limited. You’ll end up spending even more to get new ones made that are actually good quality. Additionally, the communication is almost nonexistent. I see it worked out for some people, but it’s not worth the gamble in my opinion.

Before placing my order, I was assured that everything would arrive with more than enough time for my event. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My event has already passed, and I received the order more than a week late.

The products ship from China, and there is no realistic way they will arrive within two weeks, despite what they may tell you before purchase.

Since the delay, the company has completely disappeared. No one responds to emails or messages. At this point, I feel misled and extremely disappointed. I paid for products that I can no longer use.

I strongly recommend that others reconsider doing business with this company.

I ordered 100 of the glassine bags for my new business. Initially they were really helpful in creating and amending the artwork, communication was efficient. However when the order arrived, only one bag had clear print quality. The print on part of all the others was unclear, like it had been smudged. I sent photos and they said it was my fault because the font was too small. I pointed out that they created the artwork for me (!) and regardless, if they knew it wouldn't print well then they shouldn't have printed it, they should have told me to change it. I asked for a refund or a reprint. Many emails later, they amended the artwork and agreed to re-print and send. Except they haven't re-printed them and now won't respond to emails. As a new small start up this is money I can't afford to lose but there's nothing I can do. Avoid them at all costs.

Terrible delivery, wonky logo and ink coming off, customer service appalling and won't remedy the issue.

This company was wonder. Great communication and I got exactly what I was looking for. Fast as well. I tell you that you will not be disappointed placing an order with these folks.

This is my second order with Unpakful and I couldn’t be happier with the product! The quality of material, printing, packaging, and support have exceeded my expectations every step of the way. The packaging has elevated our product and positions us a quality brand.

Had some major issues with the print, after a lot of time trying to contact, the order was replaced in the end.

DO NOT BUY from Unpakful. Ordered 200 of the eco poly mailers. The print is awful, pixelated and the white is washed out. The brand logo isn’t even the same as what I provided since it’s in such poor quality. Wasted money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 15 day lead time advertised site wide is utter poop. Almost 4 weeks now with no product. Don’t reply to emails or the online chat option. Will not be using them to supply my business at all and beyond disappointed for my first ever time using the company. Might be my own fault but also didn’t realise it’s literally flown over from china, will be using local RELIABLE company from now on.

DON'T BUY!!! We approved a white polymailer designa dn we received grey. there is a 30 return policy on their website that they do NOT abide by.
The quality is terrible for polybags!!!!Doesnt last one trip!!!

Positives - products arrived finally in good condition and were good quality/no print issues
Negatives - comms and time from order to delivery. Comms was non existent till I left a 1-star review. All in all took over a month and a lot of chasing before I got the product. Ultimately my impressios is company with a nuice website and looks local/domestic, but is manufactured and shipped from abroad. I'd use if you're happy to have a 1 month+ lead time.

I decided to order some poly mailers from UNPAKFUL for my business, and here is how it went. Lets just start by saying I have never left a review for a company, let alone a bad one; but the way this company handled my business was completely unprofessional, and they are bordeline scamming, so I just want to warn others. First off, they do not reply to emails. They have a 2 week lead time and my order took over a month. When I asked for updates, I got crickets. Then when it finally arrived, the ink was splotchy, uneven and the complete wrong shade of green from my mockup. It looked like a kid drew it on with a marker. It looked awful, so I checked their site, and saw they offer returns before 30 days. I reached out by email to voice my concerns, and sent images showing how brutal the ink looked. Here is what company stated, I quote: "It looks fine, the printing area is not small so it is hard to avoid the spots but it will look fine if you don't look at it very closely." DONT LOOK CLOSELY??? So I ask for a refund, and I have not recieved another email since. I have sent 4 emails over the span of 4 days, nothing in return. So take this as a warning, DO NOT expect a good quality mailer from this company, and if you recieve them, don't expect them to adhere to their return policy. But don't worry guys, just don't look closely you will be fine.

Tissue paper print was terrible. My logo is a simple design but the print was broken up with areas of the logo missing and lots of specks on the logo. Terrible job.

I emailed politely requesting refund but they were not polite in return or helpful in the replies. Just dodging the issue. Also the shipping took over two weeks.

Zero stars.
