This company is very timely and accurate as to when installation and all finish work was completed. It was done when they said it would be done! Highly recommend Universal Windows!

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Universal Windows Direct! Our salesman, James Bower was very knowledgeable about his product! They were right on schedule with every detail down to the final window being completed. This was easy and they were timely! They also were there when they said they would be there! How amazing is that? Highly recommend this company!

We signed a contract with Universal Windows Direct in May of 2023 & were told that our windows would be installed within just a few weeks. It is now almost May of 2024 and all of our windows still haven’t been installed correctly. Dealing with this company has been an absolute HEADACHE. They have incorrectly measured our windows multiple times now & only realize this after we wait weeks for them to receive the new windows & for them to be installed. It is also difficult to get in contact with anyone in management with this company & when you do get in contact with them, they do very little to correct the situation. I would strongly advise choosing a different company for your windows.

Universal Windows Direct responded telling me someone would be in touch with me but as of 5/15 and multiple calls to UWD, no one has contacted me or returned any of my communications.

The two installer’s arrived right on time and went right to work. Very nice gentleman and very hard workers. We love our new windows they made our home look so much better and we can already tell a difference in the noise control. Just so happy 😊

We started the process ( 12 windows and 1 outside door) in April 2023. It was not completed until March 2024. 10-1/2 months. Unsatisfactory to us. The guy that sold this to us didn’t follow through with something and delayed the order about 2 weeks. The next guy that came to remeasure was filthy dirty. Our product came in in August or September and the windows were installed in September, but the door was 2 inches off one way or the other. They placed a new order for the door and put a RUSH on it. After changing the ETA for the new door 4-5 times, it finally came in 5 months later. Again, very UNSATISFACTORY to us since we went through most of the winter months with our old windows, The installers did fine, but I would never refer Universal Windows to anyone.

James clearly knew his stuff! He explained the different window options in a clear and concise way, but also made it relatable to my needs. He wasn't just pushing a product, he was helping me find the best solution for my home.
He took the time to understand my priorities – energy efficiency, noise reduction, budget – and tailored his presentation accordingly. I felt like he genuinely cared about finding the right fit.
James presented a clear breakdown of the costs and financing options. There were no hidden fees or surprises, which built a lot of trust. James wasn't pushy. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me time to consider my options. I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot.

Yuniel and his partner were terrific installing our new door. Very professional, timely and clean. The door looks great.

Customer service is s***! Ordered 9 windows, 3 were the wrong size, called and all I got was I would have to wait, no apology, nothing! Not sure why they measure, windows were short all around, filled with foam and vinyl, not sure how this will save energy bills like they said it would. The windows themselves look good, but the bs that comes with them isn't worth it.

Yuniel Gonzales and his teammate were very professional and did a great job with the installation and removal of the old windows. I’d recommend their team to anyone.

1. Sells person lied twice to make the sell.
2. Person called to schedule appt told me a date that did not work for me. I asked to move it by one day. she said there would be a storage fee to delay. Had to move my doc apt.
3. All the windows came about 2-1/2 inches too short. The installer did not tell me and started installing them filling the gap with foam and a thin piece of vinyl. Did not work. He reordered replacements. Now I am waiting with gaps in my windows and exposed wood.
