For those considering booking with US Voyages… PLEASE READ
We recently returned home from our second trip booked with US Voyages. We had a great trip in 2025. We worked with Josh, and he went above and beyond to assure that everything went smoothly throughout the planning process, and also during our entire trip. So, when we decided to plan another trip this year, I again, contacted Josh. The experience this time has been , NOTHING like our prior trip. Josh was unavailable for most of the planning process, in fact I have not personally heard from him in months. Since returning home, I have tried reaching out to him and he has neglected to contact us, despite multiple promises to do so. We had numerous problems prior to our trip, including, our flights and hotels getting cancelled, things not getting booked when they told us they were, and once we paid our final payment, we never heard another word from anyone! I ended up spending a ton of time planning, and booking most of our hotels on my own, which was the only reason why our trip turned out as good as it did. The day before we were to leave for our trip, both my husband and In tried reaching out to confirm a few things, and no one would respond to us. It caused extreme stress and we started to really worry about the stability of this company. I never heard from anyone during our trip, except for the day we were traveling home. We had a 10 hour layover due to having to rebook our flight at the last minute, and Josh told us he would get us a complimentary hotel in Seoul, so we could relax and freshen up before our final flight. No one showed up to pick us up at the airport, so I tried contacting them and was told the hotel right by the airport did not work out, so they said they had moved us to a different, but better hotel. When the driver finally showed up, he did not speak any English, and we ended up nearly 2 hours away from the airport! After telling US Voyages about our situation, they quit responding to us, and we were left stranded, trying to figure things out on our own, and at our own expense. Since returning home, over a month ago, we were promised they would make things right, and reimburse us for the expenses that occurred and for the things we paid for. Despite being promised otherwise, No one has responded to us to resolve any of our issues, including Josh!
Needless to say… I would be very leery of booking with US Voyages. We know we won’t be!

We just got back from an amazing 2 week trip to Thailand with United States Voyages. I will admit, I was a little skeptical at the beginning, because the price, and everything it included seemed almost too good to be true, plus, the lack of information about the company itself was also a concern. But Joshua was outstanding in helping me put together the most amazing itinerary, and amazing places to stay on our trip. He also went above and beyond to accommodate us when we decided we wanted to stay an extra day at one of our stops once we were there. He was truly amazing from start to finish! If you are looking to book a trip to Thailand, do not hesitate to book with United States Voyages. I know they will work just as hard for you!

During my Bali trip my flight was delayed and eventually cancelled. The team promptly arranged private airport transfers locally making the situation much easier. I highly recommend their service excellent customer support and quick solutions made a big difference in my travel experience.

I recently visited Japan for my vacation, and from the very beginning, this team handled everything in detail — from flight tickets to hotel bookings. The entire trip was smooth and well-organized. I had a great experience and truly appreciate their professionalism and support throughout.

I just got back from Peru and cannot thank enough Josh from United States Voyages for being there with me 24/7 throughout my journey , it was very comforting knowing he was there for me to answer any questions and to guide me the 2 weeks the vacation lasted !!! Keep up the good work !!!!

The best tour guide

Joshua at United States Voyages was exemplary in service. He will give you exactly what you ask for. I contacted him looking for very basic accommodations and cheap flights as I was traveling without my wife. He was able to put a complicated itinerary together on short notice. Every time I arrived there was someone waiting at the airport with my name on a sign. All transfers and excursions were as advertised. More importantly when I lost all my printed vouchers passing through customs in Bolivia he was able to resend everything to me on the fly. I was worried as the company only had one review when I booked with him but this will not be the last time I use him. I am looking forward to a more luxurious vacation with the wife in the future.
