Had the best Laughter Yoga Leader weekend with Lotte, Mel and 9 other laughers!
It was transformative and amazing! Lotte and Mel are the best teachers, and even if you don’t want to share Laughter Yoga with others, just do it for yourself. You won’t regret it!

The trainers Lotte and Mel were very knowledgable , experienced , honest , kind and genuine .I learnt alot , met wonderful people , found the course healing , restorative and I had a great !

Lotte hosted a laughing yoga session for us via Teams and took the time beforehand to really understand the context and team dynamic of why the session was needed. This understanding was really reflected in her session as she took us through each step with care. The whole event was a real lift to the spirits with many colleagues unable to actually stop laughing! We all felt energised, more connected and lighter after the session. Thanks so much, Lotte!

I have just completed my Laughter Yoga Leader and Laughter Yoga Teacher Training with Lotte and Mel. For anyone who is reading this and thinking about doing Laughter Yoga I would recommend you just do it without delay. You will be amazed by its benefits and by the great people you get to work with. The experience is uplifting and long lasting. Laughter is a daily habit.

What a wonderfully enjoyable and inspiring experience. Training as a Laughter Yoga Teacher far exceeded my expectations. Lotte is a marvelous trainer and I can hardly believe how much we covered and how much fun we had doing it.

Lotte led a fabulous laughter workshop as part of Santander’s recent Mental Wellbeing Network event. She put everyone at ease and reminded us just how great it is laugh together.

This is a highlight for the tech team that participated in this activity. There were those initial apprehensive "Oh no! what have I let myself in for moments", but judging form all the laughter and chatter about it afterwards, it hit the sweet spot of being a top memorable event.

Lotte held a couple of session at MADE for our lovely employees and it was super fun and got everyone laughing - really brilliant. Our team really relaxed into the sessions and helped release any built up tension or stresses from their day to day life. Everyone left feeling energised as well as with a deep calmness. Lotte came and held a session at Capgemini Invent for Mental Health Awareness Week. She was absolutely brilliant, providing us with toolkits and techniques we can implement into our every day lives. Fantastic Session

Lotte came to our team offsite in London to deliver a session for 40 of our team from all over Europe and the Middle East - it was unlike anything anyone had experienced before and was certainly out of some people's comfort zones but she had the whole team engaged and participating [even if reluctantly at first] and we laughed and connected and went into the days sessions smiling and energised - thank you Lotte! Would definitely recommend!

We booked Lotte for a Laughter Yoga Session following the great feedback we heard about this session from colleagues (in 2019 during Mental Health Awareness Week). It was a great activity to add to the week and was an excellent and FUN way to start the day. Lotte was very welcoming, encouraging and great at facilitating - would recommend if you are in need of a good laugh or even generally as smiling is great for health and mental health! :) Thank you Lotte!
