Said they could move a car and as soon as they got my credit card two minutes later, they called and said they wanted another 200 dollars. They lie so bad and are so unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM EVERY.
The agent we were working with, Constantine, provided us with a quote and told us our deposit would be refundable if they were not able to find a driver at that price. When the due date arrived, they were unable to find driver for agreed upon price, but refused to issue us our refund. He became non-responsive (ghosted us). Additionally, calls and emails were not returned. Their site also claims they are accredited with BBB, but they are not. This company is a scam, do not fall prey to their empty promises. You will not get your money back as promised.

Not even deserving for 1 star. I had bad experience with this company-United Logistics. My hard-earned money for deposit was wasted. Be careful in dealing with them. Initially they gave me a quote for a lower amount, so I agree and signed the document. Then they asked for a downpayment via Zell. I transferred 200 dollars deposit. A day before picking up schedule, they increased the quote way high. Since the deposit is nonrefundable, you will be forced to agree. Against my will, I searched for another company instead (STG_Auto Transport) The shipping amount is fixed and even lower than United Logistics.
Great guy to do business with! Everything was just as he promised! I was paid in full on time!

Absolutely horrible experience. United Logistics is a scam. The employees were incredibly rude and used shady practices. They stated they wouldn’t charge any money up front, then ended up charging me over $1,000 before even shipping my car. The employees called me continuously and lied about the contract. Different employees promised different things. When I cancelled the contract, they promised a refund, then never refunded the $1,000. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. These guys are not legit.

Very professional service from Brian Johnson in less than 24 hours, he was able to get my car transported 175 miles at a very reasonable rate With a single car transport. The driver was also very helpful and professional and loading the car. I can’t say enough about the both of them. Definitely be using them in the future.

My pickup truck died while I was 80 miles away from home. United logistics was one of the 1st affordable offers I received. Jack contacted my and was honest about the whole process. My vehicle didn't start so that made it difficult for him to find a compatible driver. The first driver had to cancel due to problems with the towing rig. Jack worked to find a suitable replacement driver. It was not an easy job but Jack did come through in the end. I was almost about to give up and Jack called in with a driver. My vehicle arrived safely 80 miles back home. If I happen to need an out of state long haul tow, I'll use united logistics to get the job done.

After researching multiple companies and receiving outrageous quotes from brokers who seemed questionable, I was feeling lost. It took me almost a week of struggling until I came across a recommendation for a guy named Adam on Reddit. I reached out to him, explained my situation, and even asked if I could use a credit card for payment, which is usually not accepted by most companies due to commissions. Adam was understanding and started providing me with options. At the last minute, he found a company for me and offered to take care of the process through his company. I wanted to express my gratitude towards Adam for his exceptional support and assistance in getting my car shipped. His understanding of my situation and willingness to help meant a lot to me.
