Since being contacted by United Cellars I have rarely been disappointed with their recommendations. Wines I have purchased have been good quality and value for money. I prefer reds but my wife likes Sauvignon Blanc and roses over summer. And I never say no to either of these:).
So we have tried a mixture of United’s wines.
The sales personnel are always friendly and respectful if we decide not to place an order for whatever reason.
Deliveries are always prompt and within a day or two.

We've had great service from the guys on the phone. They know what we like and call when they receive something that they think we would enjoy. And if something isn't right we can send it back without a problem. It doesn't happen very often! We appreciate our phone conversations, always try helpful. 5 stars are well merited!
