If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered nearly $700 worth of gifts for my bridal party. They were extra special to me as they had the faces of my now husband’s 2 brothers who have passed away. It should have been a special
token he and his brothers, son and nephew could have worn on our wedding day. Before I proceeded with the purchase I confirmed the delivery date of between 5 and 10 March which was displayed online and in time for my wedding. The product was only delivered on 25 March, way past my wedding date and significantly later than advertised. Not only were they incredibly late getting my order to me but their communication throughout the process was appalling. They were delayed in responding at times and other times they just didn’t bother replying at all. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend this store.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Do not buy from here. Tool 3 weeks to receive my order that looks like dog shit, emailed so many times and no response. Absolute scam

not worth the price, costed me 60 something to get this pet customised ring with 2 pets, honestly I was disappointed about the quality, ring size is too big and I could barely see my cats’ face. on their website 100day free return, offered me a store credit, still I have got to pay $9 delivery fee, I already paid once for the ring. you get a pet customised ring temu or shein that’s way cheaper quality may be the same or even better. I felt like being cheated.

Buyer BEWARE. Terrible NON EXISTENT customer service - zero replies to 3 emails. No contact number or chat. What I received looks unlike website. 3 weeks (not 10 days) to produce order. Then another before even sending.

I initially was very happy with the product. However, dont trust your wedding ring on this. I just lost mine today while wearing it with the ring holder. My wedding ring slipped off it!!!

Placed an order early December, paid express. Said order would be sent by 27th December, no updates, no tracking. Try contacting company and no response at all. Quite expensive and disappointing really

Stay away from this company. Ordered a sweatshirt with a print on 8th Dec., followed up two weeks later as the order status showed it was stuck in “production update”. Customer service is useless. Got one reply from numerous enquiries about order.
