I found a very good variety ... my purchase was easy to process.

Paid $850 for a pair of 5-90 lb Powerblocks listed as, "in-stock." I was subsequently told these take 3-4 weeks to ship. After asking for an update 3-4 weeks later, I was provided a tracking number and told the 70lb booster weights were delayed. An additional week later, after wondering what happened with the shipment, the UPS tracking number listed the shipment as having been cancelled. Upon subsequently contacting Unique Fitness, I was told everything has been delayed.

They are polite, but Unique Fitness lacked initial transparency about requiring/accepting an immediate payment of $850 for items listed as, "in stock," for an item obviously NOT in-stock. I ordered and paid for it 4 weeks ago and do not have a shipping/tracking number (aside from the one that was cancelled for reasons that have not been clearly explained). Additionally, I have to initiate communication for cryptic updates regarding delays.

Not good. Not recommended.

I ordered Schiek lifting gloves from Unique Fitness Concepts. I searched on the internet and found UFC had the best price AND free shipping. They sent a friendly email confirmation of my order and shipping. My gloves arrived quickly. ill be ordering more items from Unique Fitness Concepts in the future.

The Harbinger 6” lifting belt (size medium) I ordered came in the timeline I expected.

The wide part of this lifting belt is not properly positioned (centered) on the belt. It is too near the buckle end of the belt. I bought it for my son who has a 30” waist. The buckle is located on his right hip when worn properly (with the wide part of the belt centered on his back). The buckle should be near the centerline of the body when buckled properly. The same is true when I put the belt on (I have a 32” waist), the buckle is on my right hip bone.

Was this a manufacter’s “second” product? Otherwise it seems to be a poor design.

It also would have been a better if I’d selected a belt with some built in padding along the back.

I currently use a non-padded lifting belt but have used it for 35 years. It seems this will take a while for this new belt to wear into a comfortable shape.

The barbell set I bought for my wife is great! She has arthritis and, with some sets it is not easy for her to fasten the clips that hold the weights.
Such is not the case with yours as they are very easy to use.
Your customer service is excellent as I called them to inquire about a missing piece of our shipment from our order - two things you need to know
1) they answer thier phone
2) they care about having satisfied customers
Anyone buying fitness equipment should look into Unique Fitness first !

Product received as promised. Customer service was very responsive and responded to my inquiries in less than 24 hours. Shipping was delayed due to the pandemic, but given this product was sold out and/or overpriced everywhere else, we were thrilled to receive it from a reputable company at a fair price.

Unique fitness offered the best pricing, ensured the address was correct by telephone and shipped quickly. I have been told that it will arrive by 22 December. We will wait to see if that happens.

The delivery date was delayed by 3 weeks. I was not notified about the change, I had to contact them to figure out they were planning on sending my item on time. They blamed me for not noticing the delivery warning on their website, which they added after I had placed my order.

Received the water rower in less than a week and it exceeded my expectations. The parts were of very high quality and easy to assemble. I wanted to be a little higher off the floor, so i ordered the Hi-Rise kit (leg extensions) separately with the same wood finish. I researched other rowers and this one has a 500-lb weight capacity for any larger humans interested. Perfect for kick starting weight loss journey.

The sound of the water is wonderfulness. I love swimming, however with the Covid action i’m unable to use the pool at the YMCA.

I ordered a TKO cardio pump set for my wife. It arrived pretty quickly. She was very happy with it. I thought price was a little high, but still better than similar equipment from others -- and I've noticed that most exercise equipment costs more these days (due to Covid-19 and holiday demand).
